It was fine for a comfortable and cheap night. There were ants in the room. We stayed 1 night for $80 - found the ants int he morning. Front desk staff friendly and concerned with fixing the issue.

Really appreciated the hospitality during our worst travel nightmare with the airlines. They gave us toothbrushes and it was a comfortable place to be during a difficult situation. The airport shuttle was great.

Overall a decent hotel that is what you would expect for the money. However the cleaning staff needs to do a better job and be more attentive with the bathroom as my family found several pubic hairs and other hairs throughout the bathroom primarily stuck to the back of the bathroom door.

I was told at check in that I couldn’t get a shuttle until 4:45am. My flight was at 5:20am. I ordered a cab which cost me$35 I found out that morning that the shuttle was available at 4:30. The female at the desk on checking was not friendly or helpful. She was dressed very casual and seemed more interested in her cell phone than on helping us. Based on this experience I would not stay here again or would recommend this hotel

Arrival was three hours overdue in the night person. One made it all work for us. He was wonderful to us. He knew we were tired and it was 3:30 AM when we arrived. Thank you so much , Juan. Didn’t know Expedia had a time if we weren’t at the hotel and a certain time they would cancel our reservation and that’s what happened but juan made it work. There was no way we could’ve called we were at the airport on the runway. Did not know they would cancel our Reservation.
