From the moment we walked in we were greeted by friendly staff. Check in was very easy and they even offered to share some good places to eat. The room was very very clean. We stayed 5 nights and this was one of the best hotels I have stayed at. It is on a busy road with lots of traffic but also is very easy to get to the Biltmore Estate that we wanted to tour. Can’t wait to come back here again.

Beds were very comfortable. The room was clean and only thing wrong was in the shower there was mold (not much) on the top which could have been cleaned resealed to look nice. A simple thing could have gone far.
