Napoleon Vacations from $614

Chose the hotel based on the location and could not of been happier, great room, had breakfast at the restaurant, only draw back could not turn the tv in the room on, but since we really were not there to watch tv, it did not matter to us, would stay there again.

I booked Firehouse Lofts specifically because the listing advertised a hot tub, which was a major factor in my decision. Unfortunately, my original unit did not have one. Several hours later, I was moved to a different unit that was also supposed to have a hot tub, but that unit did not have one either. Additionally, the second unit did not have the large soaking tub that was available in my original unit. The back-and-forth process of packing, unpacking, and moving between units took up a significant amount of my time, and I did not get settled back into my original unit until around 9 PM. This was frustrating and took away from the experience I had planned and paid for. I do appreciate that I received a partial refund, and I’m glad the situation was at least partially addressed. However, the overall experience was disappointing, especially since the advertised amenity was the main reason I chose this property.

Wonderful stay! Would highly recommend!
