"When we checked in we found out that the Suite that we reserved was at least 250 meters down the street. The key lock on the metal gate was hard to figure out. Inside they only provided towels for 1 guest when clearly we booked 2 guests and so we had to go back to front desk. There was mold on the wall near the bed. The shower head sprayed all over the place and the TV remote controls - gave us 3 of them for 2 TVs and none of them worked."

"Staff was more than accommodating and they work hard to keep the grounds up. No it’s not 5 star luxury, but the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and what’s more my teenagers were entertained. Spent my evenings with a pina colada on the beach"

"The staff was wonderful, specially the managers “ Aisha recognized me from the my visit to the hotel on April of 2025. Jose also was wonderful” The breakfast staff were cordial, ready to help and very friendly. The breakfast was great. This was my 2nd visit it had become my favorite hotel. I will stay at this hotel the next time I visit PR"

"Friendly staff, excellent customer service. Breakfast was excellent. Hotel has its own designated beach area & amenities a couple blocks away just show your room card. This was an an unexpected bonus."
