But I also noticed that they have lots of construction work going on at the present time. They need to fix the pool and open the lobby bar. They need AC in the lobby. The location and the view is awesome. I always rent with Chana and is awesome. ”

“I loved Carlos’s place! It has everything you need in a place to go to relax and enjoy the beach. Private swimming pool right next to the beach. Walgreens across the street and plenty of places to eat and drink within walking distance. I plan to return to this beautiful, beach front apartment on my next trip back to PR. I already miss having my morning coffee on the balcony, overlooking the ocean view. I would 100% recommend Carlos place! it will not disappoint. ”
