“The place is just as described. Right on the beach in a lovely section of Isla Verde. The beach is great, there is a nice pool and the location is easy for restaurants and the super market. The view from the balcony is amazing and we enjoyed coffee there to start our day. Having a washer and dryer is a plus as well. Big bonus, cable TV. We have found most rentals don’t have cable so we were able watch the playoffs on the comfortable sofa after a day at the beach. Would surely stay there again.”

“A public beach is about 30 seconds from the front door. The apartment has a view of the beach (and ocean). The sound of the waves are audible at night.This location is not next to the big fancy hotels and resorts. The building is next to a gated, residential neighborhood. I have no idea why the gates are there. I saw no evidence of criminal activity. The area is generally upscale. We generally walked everywhere. More than a dozen bars and restaurants are within a 20-minute walk. We took Uber……

“We had an amazing trip the home was just as described the locals were the sweetest. Everything was great house was clean no complaints make sure you read the description 6 flights of stairs no elevator but we had no problems with that just be aware. Thank you for everything Garry ! ”

“This was the perfect location for our family. The balcony was perfect for a morning cup of coffee or teenagers who wanted some privacy to sit outside in the evening. The pool and hot tub area felt private and never crowded. Beaches are just a short walk away. The park is perfect for a walk that includes some shade. For a longer walk, we enjoyed crossing the bridge to Condado as well as passing through the government district on the way to San Juan. Ubers are also easily accessible and pick up at……

“The location of the property is excellent. It is only a couple minute walk to the beach. The complex is gated and monitored so very secure. The only caveat is there is only one entrance by car and it is on santa ana street with a security gate. The pedestrian exits are open 6am-6pm only so know that as well. Plenty of restaurants nearby and kasalta bakery is a must eat at place. Theres even a walgreens within walking diatance so very convienant location. The host Chris' communication is fast……

“I loved staying at Melba’s townhome. Place was clean, Melba communicated and when we had a small hiccup with the check in, she accommodated us. The location was in a nice, gated area of Dorado. When I come back to Dorado, I’ll definitely be staying there or at one of Melba’s properties. ”
