“Great stay here, we slept and relaxed. It’s onto of a mountain to be prepared for a shocking drive. Beautiful surroundings once you’re there. Can get a bit noisy from the street. Called the number in the booking for help with Ju booking, the lady was extremely accommodating and it was a great process. Thank you!”

“I would like to personally thank the staff and everyone at Villas at Auxilio Mutuo for providing such an excellent experience during our stay. From the beginning to the end of our visit, the customer service was outstanding. Everyone we encountered was friendly, helpful, professional, and responsive whenever we needed assistance. One of the things that stood out to me the most was how safe and secure I felt during our stay. The property is connected to or located right alongside Auxilio Mutuo……

“Was given the wrong code number to be able to get into the house. There was baby oil all over different sets of sheets on different beds. There was a bottle of baby oil in the bed inside the living room fold out bed. The mattress pads had huge stains on them. The bathroom door in the primary bedroom was falling off the bottom hinge and couldn’t shut it. We found a screw driver and tried to screw the screws in but they were very short and would fall out. There was no warm water to the outdoor……

“Pedro was great and the property is beautiful. The only thing we wish we would have known about was that it was on septic so they don’t want you flushing toilet paper. That was awkward. I also wish the shower was more enclosed as water gets all over and I did slip once with it being quite wet. Regardless of these couple of items, we definitely felt safe and comfortable. The pool and waterfall is beautiful and the views are breathtaking!”
