“There’s no housekeeping unless you order it and you have to pay extra for that service each day also for renting an apartment you can’t have guests around in the building or in your apartment there is no laundry facilities here to do your laundry. Checking in and checking out is totally ridiculous. You have to check out by 11 am and check in after 3 pm I arrived at 11 am and was not allowed to check in until 3 pm. But for a place that has 33 floors with plenty of apartments free especially on my……

“Advertised laundry but there was none. Very frustrating and had to resort to paying for 3rd party laundry service. There was no daily housekeeping service despite it being listed as included service. After asking, they said it was my fault and had to be requested, yet after requesting they only did once despite multi-night stay. Issues with hot water. Had to take cold showers for days until we complained and they explained special trick to get hot water.”
