Very noisy family yelling n screaming next door till late in the night. No one available to ask for assistance with this. Shower was hopeless, fridge tiny & the freezer section didn't work, no remote control for the TV and the bin's only emptied once in two weeks. We hung the please clean my room Sign on the door nob outside as per written instructions, the sign was taken away but the room was not cleaned. Blanket on bed was dirty, cutlery hadn't been washed from last guests, clump of hair and bugs in shower drain and floor and milk in fridge was expired by months.
