Excellent laminate flooring with area rugs. Dining table and chairs are all highboy style, not standard. Refrig ice-maker a bit fickle, but does work. No in-sink garbage disposal. Bring your own foil/plastic wrap/bags. I stayed for a week, teaching at a local event. I stay in short term rentals frequently……

The hosts kept the charm intact. We did not know the upstairs was a separate unit that is also rentable as well.
