Amazing Vacation
Superb stay with our family! This location was clean and fully stocked with all necessities to provide for my family during this vacation. Summer Beach Trip
Pur stay was really nice. The condo was clean. Very convenient being right on the water, short steps to the beach. The pool was so nice as well. We can't wait to stay here again.

Lovely Weekend Getaway
The property is immaculate. Our condo was spacious and perfect for 2 adults, 2 teens and 2 tweens. The locations is spectacular. There was security on site and checked the mandatory wrist bands- which I loved. The included 2 beach chairs and umbrella service was a mega bonus. The king size bed was, hands down, THE MOST comfortable bed we've ever slept in away from home. Highly recommend this property, this particular condo and VACASA. I liked that we could text vacasa with any questions regarding our trip.

A great stay!
The view! The view is fantastic! The condo was clean, the mattress in the bedroom was comfortable (we didn't use the bunk beds) and we had all the cook ware we needed. The photos on the listing aren't quite accurate. The sofa, decor, bathroom sinks and shower head have been updated and are very nice. The beach access was easy and private. There were supposed to be 6 armbands allowing us access to the property but when we checked in there was only 1. This was rectified very easily and quickly by contacting vacasa. We had a lovely stay and can't wait to come back!

Fun trip!
Loved the place! Had a great time. Check in and check out process was super easy. Security was constantly rounding and checking for bracelets. The only two things that would be a “con” are the ice machine was broken and the balcony door was extremely hard to open and close!

Soft white sand between my toes!
Our 3night stay at Summerwind was very enjoyable! Our condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for us because we parked in the parking lot and didn’t have to get back in the car until we left. We had a perfect view of the beach and fishing pier. The complex has beach services which puts chairs and umbrellas on the beach that can be reserved. The beach is clean and the white sand is perfect. Who doesn’t love the feel of soft sand between your toes?! If you are a big shell collector this beach is not for you. Shells are limited. If you are not a beach lover you can enjoy a very nice outdoor pool and sauna. I highly recommend Summerwind for your next beach vacation!

Great vacation!
Property was great! Clean. Our place had every thing we needed. Great location! It was nice two beaches chairs plus one umbrella was included. The only issue we had was trying to get ahold of someone at night when our fire alarm would not stop going off. The person we talked to said someone would call the next day and no one did.

Navarre beach bargain rental
Beautiful location. However, furnishings are old, dated, and need replacement. Vanity in front bathroom is falling apart. Paint peeling off and side curling up. Chips out of paint on dining furniture and counter stools. Dishwasher did not work the entire stay. Light fixture over the dining table is old and dated. The dining table and counter stools are patio furniture moved indoors. Bedside lamp was broken and had to be repaired. Bedroom furniture was obviously cheap and had broken drawer left side of the dresser. The couch is old and tired looking, needs replaced. Could not recommend this unit to anyone. I believe we got what we paid for, sort of…We were looking for a close location to our new house in Gulf Breeze and we love Navarre Beach.

We provide photos, a virtual tour, a unit description, and a list of available amenities so that future guests know exactly what they will be seeing upon arrival. We have replaced both vanities, kitchen counter, breakfast bar, and sink. The dining room furniture is in good conditioner. We have removed the broken lamp and will speak with the couch with the owner. We hope to host you again soon.

Dirty and DW didn't work
Location is great and we love Navarre however we had issues with this property: 1) the dishwasher didn't work since day 1. We called and were told maintenance would come but never did even after me following up. Not fun to hand wash dishes with a family of 5 for a week. 2) Dirty bed sheets. They were washed but had stained on them. Looked like blood but who knows... I took pictures but not sure if I can upload them to the review. Also very dirty behind the pullout couch. 3) Moldy shower curtain, Pretty disgusting. Also took pictures of that. Such poor management (or cheap owners) since you can buy a new one at Walmart for $9 and avoid bad reviews... 4) Only one elevator out of 2 working. Not a big deal until the only functioning elevator free fell for 3 floors with people in it. I was a witness and with a group of guests pressed the emergency button on the elevator to call authorities. I was at ground level waiting for the elevator and heard the screeching noise of the emergency brakes. The folks that came out were pretty freaked out!!! We love Navarre, had a great time and will be back, definitely not in this condo or building. Alex

Perfect for weekend trip
Great location. Had issue with the door lock keypad but the local office was able to help me over the phone. Condo is perfect location to restaurants, the beach, and pier. Dryer got really hot and ran a long time. Everything else worked great no issues.

Location was nice. Vacasa was not
Room and location were great! Room has been nicely updated in comparison to some of the older reviews. The problems we ran into were booking through vacasa. We didn’t get into our room until about 6:00 after arriving at 4:00 because of the lack of adequate help to get us into our room. We were given a false code and we’re told that they couldn’t exactly locate which building we were in, as if they didn’t actually rent it out. Horrible service and will not book with them again.

Location was perfect but the unit we stayed in wasn’t, dishwasher, toaster, washer and dryer weren’t working properly which made for added inconveniences. We will be back to Navarre but not this unit!

Wouldn’t stay here again.
From the go, we had problems at this unit. The screen door was torn and off track and even when we put it back on (bc the property people never came), it still came back off. There was ONE baking sheet, yet 30+ drinking glasses, so cooking chicken strips AND fries meant creating a makeshift pan from the foil we bought. There was no sponge and the pots and pans were gross, so I had to scrub them with a washcloth. There wasn’t even salt and pepper and usually condos have the bare basics like pan spray, oil, and s&p. The dryer is super old and has no lint vent, so on my first and only attempt to use it, the low setting was too hot and the string of my hoodie got mangled. There are instructions to pick up 2 free DVD’s per day at the rental office but the DVD player doesn’t work and after calling the 800# AND letting them know in person, still nobody ever got that resolved. The live in tenants in the unit next to us chose a night mid-week to party LOUD until beyond midnight. The bed is only mildly comfortable with cheap hotel style thin white sheets. The closet had all the comforters and throw pillows that apparently had previously been used to adorn the beds, all wadded up and shoved in bags and blankets were rolled up and all of it was loaded into the closet with the beach items all stacked around and intertwined with the ironing board- all which needed reset and stacked better so we would have a place to hang 8 days worth of clothing. The bedroom is by the door that faces the elevators, instead of being on the water side; so instead of hearing the waves, you hear the continual ding of the elevators, the voices of people coming and going, and the boisterous shouts and singing of the partiers next door. We have come to this area dozens of times and have stayed at various places that have always been great. This was BY FAR the cheapest feeling, motel 6 style experience in a condo that we’ve ever encountered. Although the rental company staff was SUPER friendly, NONE of our concerns were dealt with and I’m sure the next visitors will encounter the same problems. Avoid unit 703 at Summerwind and if you rent another one there that Vacasa operates, don’t say you weren’t warned. SUPER DISAPPOINTED!

Beautiful view
This property has exceptional views. Everything was as I expected it to be considering I’ve stayed in many vacation rentals. However there was mold on the shower curtain and some of the furniture needed to be updated. I was also notified the day before our trip that the pool was closed due to damage from the hurricane. Wasn’t really knowing what to expect when I got there. Felt that this was poor warning considering I’ve booked it more than a month in advance.

Relaxing
This was mine and my husbands 2nd year coming to Navarre, we came last year and loved it. I love staying at Summer Inn cause it is close to everything if you don’t feel like driving. Navarre is our happy place😊
