Family vacation
We spend a week at this cozy condo right on the beach and it was nothing short of amazing. We highly recommend this condo . Not only is it beautiful but it comes with everything you need for your family at the beach. We will be back next year!

A lovely return to a lovely property
Connie and John are terrific hosts. Property is beautiful, clean and exactly as advertised. Communication is outstanding. We spend time in Navarre each year and this was our second year in a row at this property. We’re already booked to return next year and we can’t wait.

Great getaway.
I visited Pensacola Beach and Destin while staying here. So glad I chose this spot. Not nearly as congested and just steps to the beach and pool. The condo is even nicer than represented in the photos.

Easy Beach living
Everything you need for an affordable stay near the gulf and being at the beach as much as possible. Perfect space for my family of 5. Property was explained well and has great reviews. Owner gave prompt and concise communication and answered any questions quickly(about the area as well). We will definitely stay again.

We have found our place!
What a wonderful week we had staying in this perfect condo in this beautiful beach town. Our hosts were helpful and welcoming and immediately won over the kids with a welcome treat of popsicles in the freezer, and we two single moms enjoyed their thoughtful treat of wine after the long drive. This condo hit all the wants on our vacation checklist: clean and cheerful, stocked with all the essentials including beach items so we didn’t have to pack them, no highrise stairs or elevators but instead an easy haul into our second-floor place from our reserved spaces out front by the entrance, right on the beach, and the prettiest quietest beach with white sand and turquoise waters. The fishing pier, restaurants, and coffee were an easy walk down the beach and bike rentals two buildings away. We also enjoyed ventures to nearby Pensacola Beach, the national seashore beaches, and the zoo, but mostly we stuck to our perfect beach home away from home because it was hard to leave. We hope to be back again and again!

Wonderful vacation!
So much to say about this place. The condo itself is big and roomy and decorated so cute and beachy. It is literally steps from the beach. Being able to walk back and forth to the beach was so convenient, especially with a 3 year old. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything you need, and lots of stuff that the owners just go above and beyond to provide. The owners are wonderful. Their communication from the time I booked until after we checked out was excellent. They are super nice and helpful and much better than any other condo owners I’ve ever dealt with. No complaints at all. We will definitely be back here again!

Overnight Business Trip
Condo was ready early (a big plus as we arrived into town early). Owner contacted us to let us know we could arrive early without us even having to check which we thought was awesome. Easy to check in. Nice gift and note left for us. Steps away from the beach. Everything we needed for the night. Weather was perfect. Our kids enjoyed the sand toys that were available and the adults were happy to use the umbrella and chairs.

Excellent place to stay! Seamless check in, clean, lots of space, stocked with essentials, comfortable beds! Super convenient to the beach and nearby stores and restaurants. Great pool. Nice Little Condo
Had an overall great stay. The pros: The property owner was very friendly and helpful, answering all our questions and making sure we got in okay. We had 4 adults and 2 children aged 4 and 7, and we felt that we had enough space. Super super easy check-in and check-out procedure. Pool was nice, and despite people swimming late, it wasn't noisy in the condo. Located right across the street from a little souvenir shop and sno-cone truck. Easy driving access to all of Navarre beach. Some very minor cons: A couple of the appliances could use updating (the stovetop on the oven didn't get hot enough to bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil, and we had to run the clothes dryer multiple times if we put in more than a couple towels at a time). The beach access here had a big line of rentable chairs and umbrellas, which is actually great if you wanted to rent. But if you brought your own stuff like us, it means you'll need to walk a little further down to set up. Overall, definitely recommended :) !

Thank you so much for your feedback. We had no idea the stove was not working to it’s full capacity, so we very much appreciate you bringing this to our attention. I have already gone out and purchased another one and it will be delivered next week. The dryer tends to get the vent blocked when the lint trap isn’t emptied between uses. This coupled with high humidity levels outside it can become a sauna in the dryer. We have gotten that all cleaned out and the dryer is working fine. Again, we definitely thank you for letting us know these things. You guys were fabulous guests and we hope you come back again in the future!!

Awesome from every aspect!
Our family had a great time! Easy walk to the beach, great pool, and the parking/immediate access to the condo can’t be beat. We were tired of waiting forever on resort high-rise elevators/parking garages with your run of the mill resorts. The two parking spots immediately out front of the condo can’t be beat! Communication with Connie couldn't have been easier!

Waking up to the ocean view everyday was fantastic, short walk to the beach. Found a TON of pretty cool shells, very friendly people. Not crowded. Pool was clean.. we will be staying again!

We will definitely be back! Condo isn’t lacking anything. Beach is a few steps away. Within walking distance to the pier. Owner thought of everything. We were even welcomed with bakery fresh blueberry muffins and a couple of chocolate bunnies (we arrived Easter Sunday). Hope this place is available for us our next visit!!

The Beachview complex is the best place to stay
The owners Connie and John were great . They welcomed us with a nice note ,coffee and cookies after our 6 hour drive. The condo was very clean and the decor was perfect seeing that the condo was just a steps from the beach. It was a very nice stay except for the cold weather. We plan on staying there again soon.

Beach Vibe
As soon as we walked thru the door we were immediately thrown into beach mode. The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean and spacious. We also were surprised in all the comforts of home from the coffee makers down to the use of beach chairs and umbrellas. The beach entrance was just a few feet away from our front door ❤️. With our accommodations, great location, easy access to multiple restaurants bars/grills and for our tentative and exceptional hostess we have already booked our next stay.

Fantastic Condo
We’ve gone to the beach at least once a year for almost 20 years now, and this was by far our favorite place to stay. Connie was an awesome host! Very quick to respond to questions and so great to work with. Check In/Check Out was a breeze. The place was immaculate and we had everything we needed and more. The beds were great. The assortment of beach equipment/toys was awesome. The location was what we loved the most, as it was such a quick walk back and forth to our spot in the sand. Once we know our schedule, we’re planning on coming back here next year.

Great memories made
We were in love as soon as we walked in the door. It just got better as we walked through and looked around. It was decorated adorably. Loved the beach vibe. It was super clean and had a fresh smell. The first bathroom shower was perfect for my mom with the low wall shower with the seat in it. The beds were so comfortable I wish I could have brought them home. I think the best sleep I've ever had. This place was so cozy and inviting. It did not disappoint The inside was so quite. We heard no outside noise what so ever. We were 100% satisfied with everything. No complaints at all. Connie was super sweet. She left us mini muffins and a personal card to welcome us. The place was stocked with everything anyone would need. The only thing we needed to bring was some groceries and personal items. And we were good to go. Five stars all the way. We definitely want to come back for another stay. I honestly can't say enough great things about the condo. The list would just be to long. Thank you Connie and John for your hospitality and for making it possible for my mom my daughter my granddaughter and myself to have made wonderful memories together. ❤️

Great location, very comfortable!
We enjoyed our stay at this great place. It was about as close to the beach as you could get for the interior units, it was right on the corner! The house was great, very tidy would have expected more sand! Plenty of beach gear, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and sand toys. We brought a wagon to haul stuff back and forth. Well stocked kitchen. The balcony was great for reading and enjoying the weather. Had water hoses outside that we could spray the kids off after the beach, which was convenient. The pool was great, even had a 9 foot deep end and was easy for the kids to get in and out of and in September wasn't too crowded at the pool.

Very nice host but dirty accommodations
We had a few problems with this reservation. When we arrived the condo was warm and there was almost no air flow into the bedrooms. We had to use box fans to help circulate the air. Eventually we had to investigate the air problem because we were beginning to sweat. When we took the furnace filter out it had at least a half inch of dust on it and everything inside the closet was matted with dust. We changed the filter and immediately heard a gust of air push through it. After that more and more things came to our attention the longer we were there. The vents had dust hanging from them. The textured wall in the kitchen had an accumulation of dust on it as well as the pictures and outlets in our bathroom. In one of the room there were splashes of dirt like something was dropped but never cleaned off. My family ended up paying for a night in the hotel that was right next to the condo. I feel bad because the host was very nice and she even wrote a nice welcome card but we were definitely disappointed with our stay. She gave us the cost of one night back to us but still charged us a cleaning fee. She said that she has had a new cleaning service for the past 3 weeks but it would have taken months for the amount of build up we saw. Overall very disappointed.

I must say that i was a bit surprised by your review as well as the discussion we had. We have never had a bad review for cleanliness as a matter of fact it has been quite the opposite. The guests that were there only two days before you commented on how clean it was. The guests that were there the night you left also commented on how clean it was. I went to check the condo the day you left. The temperature was 71 degrees inside and by no means was anything as you describe. The one thing that you have said that is accurate is that the air filter was indeed overdue for replacement. I question why you never once contacted us if you felt things were not as they should be. We are local and would have taken care of it. I in good faith refunded you for the one night that you allegedly stayed in a hotel We always want our guests to have a good experience while staying with us. This is of utmost importance to us. Out of over 200 guests, you are the first to be unsatisfied due to the condition of the condo.

Fabulous Experience
I was impressed the moment we opened the door. The air was clean and fresh and natural light shown through. Connie did an amazing job making us feel welcomed. A hand written note and muffins was out for us. All rooms were nicely themed for a beach stay. The location of the unit was fantastic! The balcony overlooked the pool and the sun rose behind us, giving a perfect shaded seat for morning coffee. The parking also accommodated our large truck. My parents stayed with us and my Dad couldn’t stop talking about how he never wants to stay in a hotel again. Thanks for a great visit!

Perfect Condo and location!
We stayed 4 nights at this property and loved it. There was plenty of space in all aspects for my family of 3. 2 bedrooms with comfy beds, lots of living room space to relax and play the games we brought and the ones provided in the pantry after relaxing on the beach. Speaking of which, probably the shortest walk to the beach or pool I’ve ever had. Connie was great and communicated well. We had all the check-in info a few days before our trip, so there was no waiting around. Easiest checkout we’ve ever had at a rental. Everything was flawless and we’ll definitely be back.

Our stay was wonderful beyond our expectations! The condo is beautiful, as depicted online. It was very clean, smelled good, and was well-stocked with things helpful to get us started. There was lots of good info provided beforehand and in the room about the condo and the property. The location was great! The owner was friendly, easily reachable, and super responsive! She sent a text before our arrival, let us know the condo was ready for early check-in, and checked on us the morning we left. She even called me right after our departure to let me know we'd left our towels in the dryer. We were close by, and they let us come back for them. Absolutely top-notch property and owner! We hope to have a chance to stay here again!! Thanks, Connie!

Excellent condo!
We’ve been to Navarre Beach many times and this was the best condo we’ve stayed in! We had everything we needed for the entire week to cook ourselves, and lots of stuff in the closet to have a great time at the beach! The pool was very nice and my kids enjoyed the tennis court as well. Connie and John were great hosts and we are looking forward to booking with them again!

Beautiful and convenient!
The condo was beautifully decorated!! Beds were comfortable and they provided us with plenty of extra bedding. Having fans available to use was a nice bonus for us as we like to use them for background noise or extra cooling, but the condo was able to stay as cool as we wanted with no problems! The owners left us a sweet note, muffins, and coffee pods! The place smelled very clean which was very refreshing after our long drive! I would recommend this place to anyone as it’s a short distance to the beach and the pool is just outside of the back door of the building!

We stayed at this condo for a full week. Property owners are wonderful people that welcomed us with muffins! Super clean! Couldn't have had a better place to stay. So close to the beach. Whoever the lady was on staff taking care of thing in the mornings by the pool was a bit rude overall. Just constantly walking around outside complaining about people staying there. So that was a bit annoying, but overall I would definitely recommend staying with this listing. It was a great time!

Recharge and refresh at this delightful beach getaway condo.
We very much enjoyed our short but “oh so sweet “stay at this delightfully decorated (a fun and beachy vibe), perfectly located (only steps from the sand) condo. This unit was extra roomy and very comfortable. Connie and John, host/owners, provided any and every convenience and item imaginable for our stay. They went above and beyond to make sure that our stay would be special and memorable not to mention they made us feel welcome and appreciated. The bathroom vanities and toilets were on the low side but definitely not a problem and would be a plus for families with small children. We look forward to booking our return stay.🤩😁

Condo was exactly what we were looking for. Easy walk to beach and pool entrance was just out the back door. Even though condo was up one flight of stairs, parking was right by the door so it was easy to load and unload everything. The chairs, beach floats and toys in the closet we’re so convenient and greatly appreciated. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Perfect stay for our honeymoon
We stayed for our honeymoon/babymoon. Connie was extremely accommodating and went above and beyond. Location on the beach is perfect. We had a rental car and the spots were very convenient to park. Close drive to everywhere. Beaches were quiet and could go to different areas depending on the wind. Highly recommend using Navarre family water sports, we rented a pontoon for the entire day, extremely affordable. Will definitely come back with our daughter after her arrival!
