The service is excellent, very clean and easy to found

The hotel was ok. We booked a last minute weekend trip and the hotel had a low price. Our room was clean, but there was no daily maid service. The bed was comfortable, but the mattresses were smaller than the bed frames, which stuck out about 6 inches all the way around. Only one mirror, which was in the bathroom, made it a little more difficult for multiple people to get ready. Staff was pleasant and polite but I disliked the check in process. Breakfast ends at 9:30, which is too early for my family. The pool area was nice- clean, nice lounge chairs, relaxing music. Bottom line- I do not plan to stay here again. There are lots of other options, for not much more money, that are nicer in the area.

Being able to text the front desk for my needs was very helpful! Staff was friendly and the Universal shuttles were convenient.

The property is very beautiful and they do a wonderful job keeping it clean. However, it's far too big for older visitors and there are no benches to rest while walking.
