The pool and balcony area were filthy. The pool was cold in spite of there being a pool heater which wasn't operational. When we complained about it to Q Stay( they mange the apartment on behalf of a private owner) they said the pool is not advertised as being heated. Q Stay said they would send house keeping to clean inside but not outside. "Floor 21 tower B has a stink rubbish smell all the time, complaint to staff so many time but they send somebody spray perfume in the area and which only worked for 2 hours and again the same smell. Hopefully they will fix it permanently ."
