Nerja is a coastal town at the foot of the Almijara mountains with a long tradition of fishing and agriculture. The fishermen still pull their nets ashore on Burriana beach and fresh produce can still be bought from the doorways of local people´s houses. The weekly market (Tuesdays) attracts many traders and shoppers from all over the region and the town centre has a vibrant, friendly atmosphere with many lovely shops and tapas bars & restaurants. The property was better then expected, there has been an upgrade that didn’t show on the pictures. Spacious, very clean and very well equipped.
Situation is good, about 8 min from the beach.
The communal pool was well kept, clean and we had it all to ourselves…
We recommend it and if we come back to Nerja, we’ll definitely stay here again.
Lovely apartment. Spotlessly clean with loads of room. Has everything you need for a relaxing break as in a lovely quiet area. Great balcony with plenty of shade and a sea view. Is very hilly though a steep walk down to bars and restaurants and steep hill back up. Also hill to climb for supermarket if no car.

Our return stay is just as amazing as our first.
Have been coming back to the same location almost every year for the last 10 years ish. The apartment has had very needed reno’s and I believe more are still in progress. It’s clean, located in possibly the best area overlooking the houses toward burriana beach and there’s parking just outside our front door. A big plus for us was access to a private pool for those days that you wanted to avoid the beach. All in all another memorable vacation in Nerja.
The bathroom and kitchen need upgrading. Primarily the bathroom tub and the kitchen counter.

Great views from the terrace
Well appointed two bedroom apartment. The shared pool also has great views. Handy for the beach. Quiet location, lush parkland nearby. Highly recommended.
Location not good to far away from centre had to walk down hill and getting back was a nightmare

Great place with well received upgrades.
Have stayed at least 1/2 dozen times. It’s been recently renovated and is much more comfortable and the decor updated. The complex was renovating the pool so we had no access (which we normally use daily). However we remain very happy with the amenities, location and value for money.

The accommodation was as stated, had a problem with electrics tripping out, phoned host who rectified it quickly,. Everything else was fine wouldn't hesitate to go back in summer time 😉
Appartement idéalement situé a Nerja pres des plages (moins de 10 minutes a pied) et du centre ville (20 minutes à pied). Vie magnifique sir la mer depuis la terrasse. Piscine a quelques metres en cheminant dans l'allee fleurie de la copropriété. Appartement bien équipé et grand terrasse.
Geweldig! Je moet wel trappen en bergop kunnen lopen, anders beter niet voor Nerja kiezen. Paar minpuntjes: servies is te weinig (denk aan schaaltjes voor yoghurt), de 2 zitbanken die ronduit lelijk zijn en er mogen in de badkamer wel wat meer haakjes en/of rekjes om iets op te kunnen hangen. Maar verder perfect, vompleet huis met een heerlijk 2/persoons ned!!
Die Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen, die Lage ist hervorragend und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war problemlos. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis passt, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sunny and well located
The apartment is bright and sunny with a lovely terrace. It is well positioned close to the beach in a picturesque and quiet area. Lovely open kitchen, sitting area. Very comfortable. I enjoyed the stay.
In general the apartment is a bit dated. Furnishings are not modern.

Bonne location. Procédure nulle.
Rien à redire sur la location. Par contre un zéro sur la procédure de remise de clefs et de dialogue avec le gérant sur place. De plus abritel ne sert à rien dans le déroulement de la location .
Fijn appartement, goed gelegen, veilige leuke witte wijk met laagbouw huizen, dicht bij strand en terrassen. Mooi terras met zeezicht tussen de huize door. Het appartement zelf behoeft hier en daar wat modernisering maar dat heeft ons verblijf niet negatief beïnvloedt. Goed en prettig contact met agemtschap.
In general there is really nothing to complain about.
Everything went well, nice appartment, functional every-day-equipment, best of all: situated in a moderate part of town, short ways to all purposes and urban places. Thank you so far.

A good place to stay. Close walking distance to Burriana Beach, but set in a quiet area. We had the swimming pool to ourselves during our stay. The property is clean and tidy, though the balcony area could do with a (cheap and easy) rethink: currently cluttered with ageing plastic furniture and storage of mop & bucket! Ian Gillespie and C&G agency were helpful and efficient throughout.
Spotlessly clean, very well equipped, very spacious. Gorgeous aspect from balcony. Brilliant location in lovely residential area. Great local amenities, supermarkets, restaurants, shopping, public transport. However, for the less fit a steep climb from Burriana beach. The onsite pool is a difficult climb for tots and elderlies.

Ganska omodern lägenhet. Inte helt rent. Började med att skura av golv både inne och på altanen. Tvättade dynor och utemöbler för att kunna använda dom. Men läget är perfekt. Lagom långt till centrum, strand och bra mataffärer
