Worst hotel ever
Appealing wasn’t the word, the service when we arrived straight away looked up and down and didn’t want to check us in until another young girl on reception decided to give us bands, the people in the restaurant stood there looking us up and down refusing to let us in even with our bands, we were refused certain drinks in the bar too. Worst service we have ever had anywhere ever. The hotel is dirty the pool looked disgusting to swim in no wonder no one was in it. We didn’t even eat the food when we eventually got in because it was pure slop and there were flies on the cheese, the view of the sea is nice that’s it that’s the only thing this place has going for it. Stay far away I’m not kidding don’t waste your money on this hell hole.

No towels on evening arrival in room and didn’t get them until next day afternoon. Two rooms for family booked together but split into two separate buildings in hotel, they couldn’t put us together. Kept saying no parking space even though there were some which meant we had to pay for parking which was 5mins away. Had to wait for tables to come empty at every meal. All inclusive food but was always the same menu every day. Receptionist were young and didn’t have authority to make any changes or help. Only one lift on the block were were in for 9floors.

After reading the reviews we was skeptical about booking this hotel, I am so glad we ignored the Karen's! I travel a lot and easily, This is the best hotel I have stayed in this year. The Hotel is right on top of the beach, it has an indoor pool and SPA (sauna, steam room, turkish baths). it has a massive outdoor patio with a bar in the middle and they sometimes have evening entertainment. There is even a bar in one of the outdoor pools. They have PS4's in the lobby, a piano, pool table, air hockey, there are awesome statues everywhere giving a real grandeur look. Room service comes everyday ,tthey replace towels, moisturizer and vegan soap. There is a shop inside the hotel (very cheap), i recommend the chocolate flavored cigars at 2 LEV each! . The promenade goes all the way to flower street packed with shops and elec scooters if you are daring. If i wanted to be hypercritical the only really downsides are that the bar shuts by 22:00 outside and the food isnt AMAZING but its still ok. Cant wait to visit again! There are friendly taxi drivers outside (who do not rip you off), we used them to visit the waterpark and old town nessebar.

PERFECT HOTEL
IT'S A WONDERFUL HOTEL IN EVERYTHING. SOME NEGATIVE ISSUES JUSTIFY IT BECAUSE THERE ARE TOO MANY CUSTOMERS IN THE HOTEL AND SOME OF THEM ARE TOO EXCESSIVE IN BEHAVIOR. PERSONAL I RECOMMEND THAT HOTEL.

Great Hotel on Sunny Beach
Amazing Location! The Hotel was Truly GRAND! The room was very spacious, strong water pressure, and the food was fresh and super tasty! The staff worked really hard to feed everyone and to keep the all inclusive food flowing. Yes the hotel is a bit older, and has some wear and tear, that’s too be expected. Overall it’s a great Hotel, with lots of sunshine. My one suggestion is they shouldn't allow guest to reserve Pool chairs with towels. But that’s the guest, not the Hotel. Keep up the great job!

Complete disorganization
After arriving late to sunny beach the stay started out with them losing our booking and not having anyone on staff to access it. They have no working phones so hotels.com couldn’t call and we wound up having to book, at additional cost, the only rooms left in the hotel at a much higher rate after sitting in the lobby for over an hour last midnight trying to sort it out. They then gave us a key to a room that is already inhabited (a shock to everyone) and finally got us sorted the next day after us spending hours checking in and going back and forth. There were two lovely staff members- Gabriella, and another girl I can’t remember, who were helpful to the best of their abilities. They were otherwise so short staffed and the staff wasn’t able to do what they needed. Breakfast was just one giant queue without enough food so we just ate out. The location is good and the pools were nice, but the disorganization and lack of prepared staff was awful.

An aging grande dame
Victoria Palace needs major renovation. It's an aging hotel that requires modern amenities so it is 3 star at best. Reception and staff were very helpful. Pool area is lovely, and the swim up bar is a plus. Great Location, centrally located right in the center of Sunny Beach near the nightlife and shopping. Only one thing... the food is horrible!

what a let down
Looking from the outside you think wow ticks all the boxes but once inside what a let down . Rooms are very tired , beds sheets were not changed the entire week , Found a cockroach in the room on the 7th floor the lifts breaking down all of the time , the food same stuff practically every day and stone cold And I would rate the food for a 2 star standard hotel , the pool looks nice from pictures but it's absolutely Dirty ( very sad ) the bars no cocktails just the cheapest vodka which is like paint stripper , I would avoid this hotel like the plague

1) Rude valets that ask you to park your car and then ask you for tip 2) Old Mattresses with stains and depreciated furniture. Bed looked like from 80s. 3) A piece of chewed gum was left on the floor of the bathroom 4) No one answers when you call the reception or any other line for help. 5) Funniest thing was the folder with the hotel information was covered by handwritten pictures

The hotel has no double beds. The free internet does not work enough to load any messages. There was a huge line for coffee in the mornings because the capacity of the breakfast buffee was not as great as the amount of guests staying at the hotel. It was raining into the hotel restaurant so the floors were wet and it was very chaotic. The staff was rude and not helpful . 60 euros disappeared from out hotel room and the hotel did not take any responsibility for it. They advertise for 5 stars but it is only 4 stars (should be less)

A boardwalk environment that is heavily traveled. Breakfast and dinner are included but we couldn't get a clean cup and the coffee machine was down. There was no coffee provided in the rooms. Pro's: Easy access to the beach, beautiful hotel lobby and nice pool area Con's: Dirty sheets, dirty towels, dirty room, beach drops off quickly so not appropriate for children,

Væreste hotel
Utrolig dårlig service - parkering udenfor hotellet , maden var utrolig dårlig- receptionen havde den væreste attitude intet service omkring hvordan opholdet var. Værelserne var beskidte og skimmel svamp i badeværelset, med et badekar som er sindsygt farligt at gravle op på når man skulle i bad. Poolen var utrolig beskidt og der var aldrig plads til at ligge. Deres fitness rum lukkede kl 19 hvilket jeg synes er så dårlig service når man er på hotellet. Dette hotel fortjener ikk engang 1 stjerne. Vi har været på hoteller med 2 stjerner der var bedre end dette. Utrolig skuffende.

Veldig skuffende hotellopplevelse
Uken begynte med at rommet ikke hadde en sovesofa, noe som var ubeleilelig mtp at vi var 3 stykker som skulle dele et rom. Dette burde ordnes enkelt, så vi spurte om en reiseseng. Fikk beskjed om at det måtte vi vente til neste morgen med, for da var manageren på jobb. Så vi måtte dele en seng. Fikk balkong inni hjørnet uten mye utsikt pga av stor buet konstruksjon utenfor. Spurte om å bytte rom men det var ikke mulig da vi hadde betalt for ultra, som betyr at vi skulle være i 8. etg og der var det fullt. Spurte om vi kunne bo i en lavere etg for å få litt mer utsikt, men det var umulig å få til.

Det var en veldig kjedelig hotell. Altså det var alt for dårlig rom. Sengen var veldig gammel og dårlig og rommet luktet gammelt. Det var bare en heis for så mange folk😔inngangene luktet. Maten var det samme hverdag altså ingen variant. De hadde ikke heller gode rutiner for korona situasjon med tanke på utdeling av munnbind og hansker ved inngangen til kjøkken

Hotellrommene er i meget dårlig forfatning
Vi bodde på samme hotell for 10 år siden. Hotellet er ikke rehabilitert eller fornyet på disse årene - det er MEGET slitt, spesielt rommene. Malingsflak datt fra tak og ned på klær og andre ting som lå på rommet pga fuktskader i etasjen over. Sluket på gulvet på badet var tett, så dersom vann fra dusjen rant ut, ble hele gulvet fylt med vann. Det ble heller ikke fylt på med nok håndklær på rommene. Ikke wi-fi på rommene, kun i resepsjonsområdet. Få heiser, lang ventetid på heisene. Uteområdene er OK, flott beliggenhet.

Fint hotell med bra beliggenhet. Renhold på rommene var elendig. Bodde 7 dager her, og fikk nye håndklær 4 ganger. Ellers ingen rengjøring. Maten var ok, men ganske ensformig. 4 barer er bra når du har all inclusive. Kun et toalett i resepsjons/bar område på dette store hotellet, er alt for lite.

da fuori una reggia all'interno una capanna
Buongiorno l'hotel visto da fuori molto bello degno di 5 stelle ma all'interno fa veramente ribrezzo pulizia zero dalle camere ..sudice tv ancora con tubo catodico anni 90 alla sala ristorante con tovaglie sporche non stirate dove c'era il servizio bar ...del ristorante una puzza nauseabonda da topo morto da 2 giorni.... il cibo da trattoria di quelle piu scarse in assoluto se vuoi abbuffarti di patate quello è ok poi ho preso prenotando una serata al ristorante italiano ( che di italiano non aveva assolutissimamente niente) tovaglie piene di formiche il personale solo stagisti senza una minima esperienza voto zero nemmeno una stella non ci tornerei MAI piu in questo hotel non è degno di 5 stelle darei una stella ...tipo pensione delle piu scarse le persone transitano in hotel in costume scalzi senza ritegno uomini a petto nudo uno schifo totale... prossima volta provero altra sistemazione in altro hotel
