“Stayed in the junior suite with a beautiful sea view mid September 26 Lovely spacious clean room with a modern and practical design. The whole hotel has been recently decorated to a high standard couldn’t fault the cleanliness throughout. Our room was cleaned every day with fresh clean towels. “I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and overall, everything was excellent. The service, atmosphere, and hospitality were all very good. The staff were welcoming, respectful, and always made me feel comfortable, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The only downside, as a Muslim guest, was the limited choice of halal-friendly food. Having more halal options available would make the hotel more accommodating for Muslim guests. “We went during the end of the season (mid September) and everything was clearly shutting down - the snack bar closed 3 days early too. Pool wasn’t cleaned every night, was rarely used but when I went in, there was sand at the bottom and leaves floating. The buffet was the same every day, with poor choice for vegetarians (some foods were incorrectly labelled and I had to double check), and mid food at best. In the last days, they were running out of things so no longer had a choice of breads,……

“Firstly, most importantly Kseniya the lady in the hotel everyday treated all guests with a friendly and helpful manner. I’ve travelled a lot and most staff have been ok. This place I would give 10 stars for the service and how they treated guests. Which far more important than anything else. Next the location is brilliant . WiFi is brilliant. Breakfast they catered to what I wanted which was amazing and made fresh in the morning. The taxi’s are a rip off here. Just ask hotel staff to find……

“Other hotel guests were out of control, lying around reception on sofas for hours, shouting at each other. The experience at breakfast was a free for all, the waste of food by guests was not controlled, the management had lost control. I requested an additional bed at booking but got charged another 90 euro for a sofa bed. I have stayed at many hotels for business and pleasure and would say that this was one of my worst experiences in a long time, I would not recommend this hotel to any family……

“Litt vanskelig å finne plass ved bassenget om en fulgte resortens regler med tanke på plassering av håndkle. Men vanskelig å håndheve.”

“The lobby staff were fine. The rooms are a bit old but clean, and there are pools everywhere—it's suitable for families. I had an unpleasant experience where my glasses were stolen; the hotel couldn't really do anything about it, which was a real bummer since there were no cameras in the area. The rest was fine.”
