This property was beautiful! We climbed up the stairs and opened the door to a high ceiled living room and kitchen with granite countertops and a balcony overlooking the Comal River. The condo had two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a jacuzzi tub. It even had a washer and dryer. We wished we were staying longer!!!

The beds were extremely comfortable. The coffee pot and frigerator were no where near. the plug. Had to place the coffee pot on the floor to make coffee. Distance to the entrance of the park was really good.

The tv is the size of a small computer screen, no ice machine, and there was hair all over the wall in the shower as if housekeeping hadn’t bothered to clean up after the last guest. It was disgusting. Staff was super nice but the overall stay was pretty disappointing.

This was a great location we did stay during off season for the water park it was much more quiet then usual. It is a beautiful location across the river from the water park or if you want you can just float the river.

First time staying at this property, however they were clean it was a much older establishment and was in an area far away from thenrest of the resort.. we felt a little abandoned and my dauggter wasnt comfortable staying there so we actually left and went somewhere else

It is off season so it was very quiet which was nice . It was close to downtown New Braunfels where we were attending an event and very affordable. The room was clean and welcoming however one of the double beds had a broken beam . If did not collapse but should have been picked up by staff before our arrival.We enjoyed our stay overall.

This property could use some upgrades but it was appropriate for the price. The toilet didn’t work and there was a train track right outside of our room which was SO LOUD (started at 6am)!
