Place is very dated. Feels more like a summer camp than a resort hotel. No on site dining. No chair or couch for relaxing. The advertised queen beds were actually full size beds.

Upon check in, hotel front desk let us know that only one pool was operational. When we went to that pool it was in horrible shape and smelled bad. We arrived at our first room. It smelled so bad like urine, we asked to be moved. They moved us to the next door room and it was the same. A family with dogs must have stayed in the room. Some dog fecal matter remained on the shared from deck area. This resort is supposed to be Pet Free. We attempted to receive a later check out and the woman who originally answered said we would be charged. Dylan the only nice person with any sense, called us back refunded our resort fees and gave us additional hour. This resort is very dirty and and needs an update.
