They probably have a staff shortage but won't admit it. Lobby tables left un-bussed. We had to do it ourselves. Room service, vacuums, etc are left in the hall for multiple days, let alone hours. And those nice, clear shower doors? Accumulated soap scum from previous guests. The beds were comfortable and the rooms quiet, which was the most important. It had a fully stocked kitchen, free coffee, plenty of towels, a full deck, a huge BBQ pit, and the most comfortable bed I've slept in in years! It was immaculate! So super clean! They provided earplugs and a sound machine, I assume to help you sleep through any noises from the road, but none of that was needed because it was so peaceful and dead silent all around us.
