Lack of instructions as how to operate the TV. and other appliances. Also what to do with refuse? . Shower was good but drips all night. Bed was slightly uncomfortable being given hard pillows but also foot end higher than head end, felt giddy. Bathroom mirror too high - not able to see oneself.
Apart from that, nice quiet location, very secure , excellent hot and cold water and plenty of toiletries supplied.

"This was a terrible experience from start to finish. The property was not maintained to an acceptable standard.
