"Lovely ground floor room , with great amenities. Fantastic welcome from Allessio on the reception desk, he couldn’t have been more helpful and nothing was too much trouble. My only concern was there was no rubber mat in the shower and I found the floor very slippery."

"La chambre était mal ventilée, le frigo ne fonctionnait pas, la toilette faisait un bruit infernal… on a tenté de rejoindre quelques fois la réception, mais il n’y avait jamais personne. C’est proche du centre ville et l’autobus passe sur le coin, il y a un stationnement difficile à manœuvrer, mais il est inclus."

"Great stay with our children. Carpet was dirty and could definitely use maintenance. It was noticeable as we have a crawling baby. Otherwise super cute place to stay."

"The room was ok for Edinburgh's affordable lodging standards. The bathroom was dirty and moldy.. the shower is so small that you're not able to move."

"Very nice stay although we only booked 1 night. Lovely big room on the ground floor. Owner very welcoming and helpful advising where to find restaurants/pubs locally. Little bit far out of the main Royal Mile for us to walk but there is a bus stop right outside which will take you straight there. Lovely new bathroom. Would benefit from some shelving to put toiletries/toothbrushes etc on but this is just a suggestion more than a negative. Lovely stay overall."
