“The house was very nice. I do think you may need to have a conversation with your cleaning crew. The lower level shower did not appear clean and had multiple pieces of hair attached to the walls of it. Additionally the floors had lots of “dust bunny’s” and hair. It seems as though they need to do a better job with the cleaning- this however is a reflection of the cleaning crew not the house and if I were the host I would want to know which is why I’m sharing with you. The property manager……

“We came to Newport for the Newport Jazz Festivsl. I highly recommend this lovely apartment. Kelly was the most responsive and truly helpful host I have ever met!! The place was spotless. The linens were fresh, the bathroom and kitchen very clean, and the floors dust-free. The sofa was super comfortable for watching a movie at the end of the day. The home was also quiet and air-conditioned. We could not have been happier! ”

“Booked this property for my bachelorette party. Planned our entire itinerary around Newport and surrounding areas, my friends worked day and night to make decorations for me. We show up and there was already another group in the house!! Host was NOT helpful AT ALL. Sent countless texts, messages, calls, DID NOT PICK UP. Had to scramble to find alternative accomodations. Thanks for nothing.”

“The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed. The beds and pillows and sheets were soft and comfortable. Convenient location, plenty of parking and a nice big backyard. The owner was downstairs but you would never know and the house felt totally private. Nicole was very responsive and sweet. Price was very reasonable and would definitely stay there again! No water view but that's not why we chose the house.”
