Relaxing stay in Newport
The house was perfect for our family and friends gathering in Newport. The different areas for siting offered a variety of places for different conversations. The kitchen had all the items we needed for preparing and serving meals for everyone. We had a couple people try the soaking tubs who said it was a great experience to sit in the warm water and feel like they were inside a sea shell where they heard only the ocean and nothing else. Others tried the sky chairs and enjoyed floating in the wind. We had a great stay and would choose this home again.

Great property!
The property is privately located, but close enough to walk or take a short drive to everything in Newport. The parking situation is not the best if someone is renting the house next to you, prepare to have to back out of the entire driveway. This isn’t a huge problem but definitely a little tricky to navigate. This house was perfect for our group, we had two separate families in the house. There really isn’t a great beach access from the house but just down the road is a parking lot and well maintained path that is perfect for getting to the beach. You can’t beat the views of this home and the outside space for entertaining is pretty incredible. Beautiful home, beautiful location, can’t wait to come back.

Spring Break Fun
Our family and friends enjoyed this beachfront property. It had everything you need to stay in and the location was great as a home base to access all the activities in and around Newport. The ocean views, sounds of the waves were calming and the hot tub/bath tubs were a great way to warm up after a long cold day of fishing and crabbing.

Beach get away
We loved it, location location fantastic veiw. Tubes and hot tube was perfect. Only one disappointment, the gas grill is not useable very dirty I would never cook on it. The charcoal grill saved the day. We would definatly stay again!

This place is amazing!
Views to die for! Plenty of room for 4 couples or more if you’re comfy sharing a room. Fun speakers available to listen to Newport’s fun radio station and kitchen stocked with whatever you need. One of the bathrooms being in the primary bedroom makes it harder for the others to have access but it’s totally workable! The hot tub was great and the soaking tubs are a cool feature. We had a beautiful time and would love to be back in the future. Had a door code access issue but the owner was extremely responsive, friendly, and helpful! No problem there. I did forget hot sauce and wished I had found a stash of that, but no one’s fault but mine!

Relaxing, oh so comfortable and beautiful view
Loved the spaciousness, comfy furniture and oh my the view!! Hot tub and we even used the deck real tubs! Exhilarating! Perfect for family get togethers. Game tables and piano. The view is hours of entertainment.

Magical Beach House on a Bluff
The house has all the amenities you could want, lots of space, comfortable beds, an amazing view, and the bathtubs in the deck overlooking ocean are the perfect healing treat that you’ll never forget. Richard was very responsive and friendly on the phone the few times I did call with a question. We might make it an annual tradition! 10/10 would definitely do it again!

Great house, due to a family emergency we had to leave early. The only recommendation is that the TVs in the bedrooms need to be checked, I believe that they could use some batteries in the remotes and the TVs need to be updated.

Fantastic!
such a lovely home, spacious, great location, and the hot tub was amazing! The access to the beach is not direct from the house, but it's an easy walk to the Yaquina park to get down to the beach. Will definitely stay again!

Amazing beach vacation
Another fantastic week stay at this house. We have been going here for the last several years. Richard is a great host and the 2 times over the seven years there was a problem he was there immediately to fix it. Couldn’t ask for a better host. The house is amazing and the soaking tubs with the fabulous ocean views get used daily

Nice place, all bathrooms are on one side of the house so the far bedroom is a distance away. Outdoor furniture needs replacing. Both house's use the same code for the doors, risk of wrong entry or burglary. TV hard to use. I would stay there again.

Excellent Oceanfront Vac Home
Girls only family of 10 stayed for 4 nights in this wonderful home in July 2023. We used every bit of the unique extras this home had to offer: large fire pit, sky chairs, spa, two bath tubs in decking were amazing! It had two large walk-in showers and an inside 4 claw bathtub as well. Richard was quickly assessible to answer any and all of our questions about the home and the area. Marvelous spot
This was our second visit so obviously we like this house. It accommodates our extended family of 10 beautifully. This year a few issues needed attention and the owner was very responsive. We will return though not until 2025 because of a European vacation plan for 2024.

Spectacular location
Lounging on the deck, enjoying the ocean view, sea air aroma and sound of the waves at this home on a cliff over the ocean made for a relaxing and rejuvenating family vacation. We definitely would stay here again, and highly recommend this VRBO!

Great house for a family gathering.
This was our second stay here, and this time was with family. We really enjoyed the wood-burning fireplace since it was rainy and windy. There's plenty of room, comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen. The location is great, neighborhood is quiet, and the beach access is about a 5-10 min. walk. We enjoyed the weekend so much that we are already planning a future visit.

Our stay exceeded expectations! Between the soaking tubs, fire pit and hot tub we enjoyed the outdoor space from sunrise to sunset! In addition to the home being clean and inviting we had everything we needed, ample towels and kitchen amenities. I was so pleased with our experience I am planning an annual stay! I personally enjoyed the house I did not go to the beach but access was easy for my family. Communication with the host was excellent, I am a communicator and my questions were responded to promptly. I have stayed at many rentals in the past and typically don't leave reviews but this experience is worth sharing!

Lovely home & outstanding view. Everything we needed was provided. We were very careful to wear inside slippers only but found sand in laundry room when we arrived. Took a while to find a broom to sweep it up. Having a small vacuum available would have been helpful. Richard was very helpful throughout entire experience. This was my first time renting & he helped make this experience exceptional. I would definitely do this again.

Wonderful home for those that use walkers etc. The ocean could be enjoyed by all. Could even get everyone out on the deck to enjoy the view. The couches were very comfortable. My only suggestion for improvement was to explain how to turn up the heat if needed, otherwise wonderful place to relax

Million Dollar View
The view is absolute perfection! The home is spacious with a fabulous deck and patio. There were 9 of us and there was plenty of space. Beds were deliciously comfortable. We’ve already booked for next year. My only caveat is it is an older home with kitchen and furnishings somewhat dated but is still the best oceanfront bargain out there.

This home is just as described and it has a wonderful layout. We enjoyed the views, the fire pit, the large kitchen and space for the kids to play. Communication with the host is on point. It’s close to everything so we didn’t have to go far to shop, eat, or get to the beach.
