If you're passing through Niagara Falls, this is the place to stay! The hotel was clean and wonderfully decorated, the staff was friendly, helpful and eager to serve, the wifi works great, and lots of other small touches. We were very pleased with our stay!

First time in this hotel the woman who checked us in was very nice and friendly! Room was clean and comfortable I will definitely book a room there again! 😃

We enjoyed our stay. Hotel is in the middle of renovations but, was quiet. Our room was one that has been renovated and other than the door (doors should be replaced) the room was tastefully done and clean.

they charge $10 from gusts for parking. this is just not fair!!!

Hotel is conveniently located near Niagara water falls. Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. There is plenty of parking in the facility and basic breakfast is provided included in the booking. Rooms and beds are okay not great and needs little more cleaning.

We had a very good experience at the Comfort Inn, The Pointe. The hotel staff was very accommodating. Assisted in late check in and room change for our personal preferences. Early breakfast was also a bonus. Overall we enjoyed our time there, definately stay there again and would recommend to family ...

My stay here was good but had to switch rooms at check in because the room was not cleaned well , dusty an carpet was not vacuum, halkways were also not vacuum, i notice these things because im a cleaner , but was satisfied with everything else and the rest of my stay

Was my first time staying at a Best Western, great experience! Only thing wrong was the TV not working , were having problems with cable company.

Easy accessible, close to all the attractions , Beautiful back yard, room cleanliness was great , parking was perfect . We were given maps of locations and detailed list of all the bars and attraction. Price was also very convenient

Helpful staff. Spacious room with bath and shower, microwave and fridge. Hotel itself a little run down. Basic breakfast but plenty of it.
