"we paid $185 per night, unfortunately it is not worth it, it is better to choose a hotel near Niagara Falls. there is no breakfast here, as stated in the description, there are snacks and coffee/tea. we had 1 room. the room and bathroom are small, but clean and cozy. the bed is a bit uncomfortable. also you will hear other neighbors and the smell from the kitchen. the house is on a safe street, but in a dangerous and terrible area"

This house was perfectly located; walkable from all the important points in Niagara Falls, yet just outside the crowded parts that it was quiet and pleasant. It was also within walkable distance from grocery stores, multiple restaurants, and the Canadian border (should you get the urge to escape north). The hostess, Carroll, was excellent. She was pleasant, and accommodating of a special request from us. The house was spacious, clean, comfortable, and quiet. It was well furnished, and the kitchen well arranged. Highly recommended. "

"We were in town for 2 nights to see the falls. Carroll was very easy to communicate with. If you appreciate old houses, this one is for you. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for the 5 of us. This house is very nice and well taken care of but as reading in the description the neighborhood is not. It is almost deserted, we barely saw other people on the street so it was very quiet. Very short distance to the falls and Canada. The location is great, and hopefully the neighborhood will follow suit on fixing up these old beautiful homes. "
