Property very much as advertised
First, the property manager Guillaume could not have been friendlier or more responsive. The house met our expectations and needs quite well although the description in the listing could be clearer. The house has two bedrooms on the main level which share a bathroom and two bedrooms on the lower level, which more or less have en suite bathrooms. The lower level is only accessed from the outside, which for us was great for adult guests. The location is excellent as the house is mostly surrounded by many beautiful properties of much greater value. Issues for us were: the driveway is very narrow and in poor condition, making access with a larger car very difficult. The pool is small and also somewhat difficult to get in and out of due to an awkward slope to the bottom and limited access. All said, however, we would rent the property again.

Wunderbare Lage! Gerade renovierte Villa in einem Garten mit alten Baumbestand!
Wir waren die ersten Nutzer der Villa nach ihrer Renovierung. Sie wurde schön hegerichtet und hat einen ganz eigenen Fair. Die Lage ist aussergewöhnlich auf dem St. Jean Cap Ferrat. Ruhige Lage, toller Meeresblick! Wenn man gerne läuft, kann man von dem Standort aus, an alle Strände, den Hafen, und den Wasserrundweg gelangen. Der Garten besticht durch alten Baumbestand. Allerdings gibt es noch einiges zu tun. Die Auffahrt zum Haus ist anspruchsvoll und Teile des Gartens sind noch nicht fertig renoviert. Der Verwalter war sehr hilfreich und jederzeit erreichbar Auch wenn in der Villa mit 4 Schlafzimmern 8 Personen unterkommen können, empfiehlt es sich sie nur mit einer Gruppe von 6 Personen zu nutzen, da die Räume, die Terasse und der Pool nicht besonders großzügig sind.
