- 1 Mezzanine level with 2 single beds (90 cm each) convertible into a king-size bed, providing flexibility for your sleeping preferences.
- A sofa bed is also available, guaranteeing a good night's sleep for everyone.
- A baby cot available as well.

Bathroom:
Enjoy the convenience of a large bathroom with two sinks and a generously sized shower, offering style and comfort.

Fantastic location. Easily sleeps 4 or more.

Absolutely loved our stay in old town Nice. The apartment was smack dab in the middle of all the action. Great restaurants, cafes and ice cream shops within throwing distance of the apartment. Overall the apartment was comfortable and was a great home base as we travelled along the coast for a few days. It seems the apartment had recently renovated floors, bathroom and kitchen. Parking was a three minute walk. When we come back to Nice we would stay there again. The Shaws .
