studio ground floor on fully enclosed plot of 3000m. fitted kitchen, fridge freezer, stove, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, table, chairs, beds: slatted bed bases and 140x190 and 90 x190 mattresses. TNT satellite TV, free wifi. covered terrace and garden, garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue. Above ground pool shared with another studio for 2 people.
free closed parking. Biot is 4km from Antibes and 10km from Nice. the pebble beaches are 4km away and the sandy beaches 6km away.

Séjours paradisiaque au soleil au chant des cigales
J'ai passée une semaine avec ma sœur dans ce fabuleux studio tous équipé, tous confort avec une piscine a quelques pas de l habitation très agréable et rafraîchissante . La terrasse donne sur une forêts avec table et chaise longue ,parasol ,chant des crichets .La maitresse des lieux est une femme qui nous a mis en très grande confiance et à notre aise. Cette femme est douceur égale au miel et d'un rayonnement tel au soleil . Nous reviendront rapidement avec nos conjoint respectifs ! A réserver au plus vite , un séjours dans le lieu vaut très largement le goût de venir se repose !

Soggiorno tranquilo
Nous nous sommes très bien trouvés à Biot, la maison de Mme Patricia est accueillante et calme et elle est très utile. Notre chien a trouvé un bon espace pour courir. Les dîners en plein air dans un endroit si calme ont contribué à rendre notre séjour très relaxant.
