“This is a great wee apartment for a couple. It is ideally placed for restaurants, shopping, people watching, accessing the beach and everything that Old Nice has to offer. Good for transport links too. The 5 flights of stairs are not for the faint hearted but its worth the effort and would happilybreturn here. ”

“Location was great and practical, but toilet was horrible with very loud sound that could be heard in the whole appartement every time for over a minute and woke us all up in the night. Light bulbs were burnt, faucets were wabbly, only 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 Cm of dish soap.walls were dirty, paint was peeling off the ceiling. Washer had old stuck soap and made our clothes stink. The host was not very helpful. Was supposed to come and we waited all Morning and never showed up….we did not……
