I loved how clean the hotel was and the location was perfect for food nearby and easy access to the Yamanote line. We went all around tokyo easily and had no issues with the location. I will be booking again on future trips to japan as this hotel felt like home."Reviewed November 5, 2026Roundtrip • New York (EWR) - Tokyo (HND)EWR - NRT • 1 stop NRT - EWR • 1 stop$3,719$1,908found 18 hours agoper traveler - Premium Apart MONday HAMAMATSUCHO Station

Minato6 nights4.0 star property9.6/10 - Exceptional (74 reviews)"Had a great 5 day stay at this hotel. The room was very spacious and the design and functionality was very well thought. There was enough space to leave our luggage open unlike other hotels we’ve been to, which has bigger sq footage but didn’t really have alot of space to open luggages. The tatami dining area was also cute and the kitchen has everything we need. The washer and dryer inside the room worked great. The staff was also nice and helpful. Would definitely come back!"Reviewed October 30, 2026Roundtrip • Los Angeles (LAX) - Tokyo (HND)LAX - NRT • Nonstop NRT - LAX • Nonstop$3,018$1,622found 1 day agoper traveler

"Dated but adequate. A barebones hotel that is convenient and comfortable for a quick, one night stay. The hotel has an excellent selection for breakfast and provides a shuttle service to the train station. Sadly the front lobby staff is not very friendly and definitely not as helpful as all of the other hotels that I visited on my trip. They also do not provide complimentary water as was listed on their website !"

"The hotel was a nice, reasonable 3 stars hotel. Decent amenities, good location (10 min walk from station, 10 min walk from castle). Bathroom was quite small and basic, room was OK. Staff wasn't overly friendly, although the service was good. When I moved the bed to combine the two twins, there was a lot of accumulated dust. Overall good price performance for spending one night in Matsumoto."
