“We stayed for 3 nights and on each morning we’d turn on the indicator requesting the room to be cleaned. No cleaning on the first 2 nights and we had to call reception to have housekeeping come in to change towels and clean the room. And even so the toilet was left uncleaned, the coffee cups were not washed, coffee pods not refilled.
There were rust stains on the bathroom door, room not well maintained.

“We had everything we needed and given the price it was reasonable. Would have been good to have blankets on the beds. The beds only had sheets and with 5 of us staying, only 2 blankets in the cupboard. Awaiting our bond to be refunded which is unusual given it should only be a hold on funds but will keep trying to follow up to have this returned. Average, clean condition, reasonable price for what we received. Thank you. ”

“This place was amazing! It was a style of Palm Springs. Parking on site, 2 min walk to the beach, coles across the road, with cafes, restaurants and walking tracks. The owner was so nice and explained how he started this motel. The rooms including bathroom, kitchen, living room was huge. Between 4 people the place was spacious for all of us. “The hotel is newly opened, the designs are excellent with a great vibe. I made the booking knowing new hotel may have glitches and expecting some "surprises". It turned out to be true as my room had an entire electricity blackout during the night with the air ventilation also stopped functioning. It was certainly not a good experience to say the least.
The next morning I went to the front desk to report this, led by Jessica, the front desk staffs were very understanding and patience to help……
