I have been staying this hotel every 3 months to visit family. I feel like when I am there they are my family too. Everyone is so kind and helpful. One of the main reasons we continue to go back is for NATALIE. She is the person in charge of the breakfast there and she is an amazing person. She keeps everything so neat, clean and fresh. They are so lucky to have someone like her to work there. She’s the main rain we keep returning there. The night time front desk gentleman is also fabulous. He is very kind and so polite . We will be back again in January 2027. Please keep those employees, they are worth it!!

This was our first time, we had a great stay at Citizen House celebrating our anniversary. Very upscale, I felt a bit under dress as we entered in our travel clothes, yet we were welcomed and treated well. The location is perfect for walking in downtown OKC; across the street from National Memorial and Museum. We look forward to going back.

I particularly enjoyed the outdoor and indoor water parks at this hotel. However, some aspects of the hotel were not perfect. We stayed on the 10th floor, and the bathroom was very small. There was no shower gel in the bathroom, which seemed to indicate that the cleaning staff did not check these products carefully.
