Everyone on staff was great, helpful and courteous, the room and bed were very comfortable. We chose this location because it’s close to the airport and we had a very early flight. We were depending on the shuttle service to get us there in time. We did get there on time the next day, but on arrival their shuttle driver left us standing in 95 degree humidity, waiting and waiting and waiting. Repeated calls were made and each time we were told “He’s coming.” It’s a 5 minute drive from the property and we waited in the sun for nearly one full hour. What’s up with that? Don’t stay here if you are depending on the airport shuttle, you may be ignored.

Hard for me to recommend this property. Didn’t get the room we asked and paid for. Beds old and outdated. Little willingness from front desk to help. For the price they charge was expecting more. By far one of the lower end Hamptons we have ever stayed in

one night stay at beginning of our vacation May 26th. Late arrival, after midnight, still people outside smoking, some young women(not quests) wanting to access pool, seemed concerning. Parking lot area not well lit. On the positive side, we were offered a one hour extention on check out. Not enough pillows.
