Family get together with our son that live near

Property is OK. Seems to maybe need some upgrading and overall upkeep. Fireplace did not work, one of the reasons we picked this one. Neighborhood a little run down. Lots of movement from the neighbors in and out. Lots of cars moving in and out. Couldn't get out of the driveway 2 morning because of the flooding around the house. Overall good experience but, could have been better. Thank you
