"Employees were just okay at check-in. We waited over 10minutes for assistance and received no apologies. The breakfast was not good either. The room was fine, just very basic amenities. Left a bit disappointed as hotel rooms are not cheap, but it worked for bare minimum. The doors are also very loud no matter what, all day/night you hear other people’s door slamming shut. Not relaxing."

"I liked the fact that the staff was always extremely helpful and they're at a moment's notice if you needed them. I also liked the fact that little Park was right across the street and was a beautiful Park. I also really like the fact that I felt safe to walk outside at night to walk my dogs. I did love the fact that the hotel was very pet friendly. The only drawback was they did not have a swimming pool or sauna."

"No hand soap in room upon arrival. Bathroom shower could’ve been cleaned better. The line for check in was almost out the door. We stood in line for close to 20 min as only 1 staff member was checking guests in. She was nice but why aren’t there more people working, especially at check in time? The coffee bar in the morning was sooo slow/long. Probably 15 people deep all morning. That poor barista was so overwhelmed. Taking orders/register & making all the drinks. 2 people should’ve been back..."
