Great house
Quiet neighborhood, great location! Only 2 pieces of feedback for improvement: no full length mirror and needs new pillows. Everything else was great!

Great Little Place
We love the Barefoot Landing neighborhood. This is a great little house with a king bed in the master and two twins in the second bedroom. Two baths make it easy for a family to get ready in the morning and everything is a short drive away. My husband especially liked that the TVs in the living room and master are large. Sometimes, rentals disappoint with the TVs, but not here. The kitchen has dishes, pots and one pan. The rental has lots of cooking utensils, but could use a few standard knives. During our stay we needed to contact the property manager, iTrip. They replied to us in a timely fashion and resolved our concern the same day. We’ll gladly rent a property they manager again.

Perfect place in a perfect location!
We were so happy with our stay. What a great retreat in between outings. A cozy, clean, and spacious place. Close to anything you’d want to do. Access to an incredible pool. North Myrtle Beach / Barefoot Landing is the way to go. You won’t regret staying here.

Almost perfect
My family really enjoyed our stay here. We have two kids aged 12 and 10. The house is beautiful and the location is a short walk to the marina grill and big pool which was convenient. There is also a small pool area close to the property which was nice too. The beds are comfortable and the layout felt big enough for a family of 4. Overall I was happy with the stay. It is a quick drive to the beach. Probably my favorite part was the front porch area where you can sit and listen to the rain. The only issue I had during the stay was the washer, which had some mold in it. I called maintenance and they did send someone to clean it and run bleach through it, but unfortunately it didn’t really fully fix the issue. However beyond that I was happy with basically every other part of our stay and I am still rating it 5 stars despite that one issue.

Great location
Place was very cute and close to everything. Beds comfortable but couches were not and looked dirty. Shower had a lot of black scum around edges of walls and on the wall tiles. Some larger utensils were gross not cleaned

Myrtle Beach Bungalow Dream

Beautiful Cottage in this beautiful resort area
Not a fan of iTrip but I can't hold It against this adorable home. We found out the day before that check out is 10am during the off season even though fridge states 11am. I was told to refer to the contract. Not the best customer experience; left a sour taste BUT I would recommend this home and I would also recommend mgmt company update literature to reflect correct info

Thanks for your feedback, Linda. If you refer to the rental agreement you signed at the time of booking, you’ll see that our 10am check out time was clearly noted there. We are in the process of updating our welcome notes in 70+ properties, so one can reasonably imagine that’s not a simple and quick task. Having said that, in addition to the rental agreement, our office reiterates the check out time when guests check in as they review the check out procedures with each guest that are in the packet that contains the keys. And finally, in the midstay email we send to make sure all is well, we again state the check out time of 10am.

My favorite place on Earth
The property was in a quiet section, and close to all of the entertainment we need/want! The drive to the beach is quick. The access to the pools is also fantastic! The house was beautifully decorated and clean as usual! I love it here! We will see you next year!

The bungalow was absolutely amazing. Was in a quiet part of myrtle beach. Right off the strip. Food and fun just a minute away but nice and quiet for kids!

what can be communicated better
Disposal of Trash -directions on the paperwork said use trash can or use the trash shoots within the towers. The trash can that seemed to be associated with our rental was being used by the neighboring home. We suggest the trash can be visible for renters and/or place associated house number on trash can. We ended up lugging the trash over to the tower several times during our stay which was a major inconvenience. Pool access- It was wonderful to have pool access but parking a car wasn’t communicated. With the towers all having gated parking we drove around until we found open parking at the Marina restaurant

We enjoyed our stay at the bungalow. Check in was relatively easy, would prefer not to have to go back to “sign in” next day if arriving after a certain time, but the process was easy. The bungalow was beautifully decorated and spacious for a 2 bedroom and a short walk to the waterway. I gave the “cleanliness” rating 3 stars unfortunately due to my child is crawling and each time they would crawl on the floor my baby’s feet and clothes would be black after, so I felt it has not been mopped in a while. The coffee table was also very wobbly and needs a little maintenance. We didn’t report these issues to maintenance or I’m sure they would’ve come and fixed/mopped hopefully. Overall, a good stay and would stay here again.

Cozy cottage feel, very clean, very quiet neighborhood, and a 7 minute walk to the Barefoot N/L/F Clubhouse. The checkin process makes you go to a storefront location first which was very inconvenient in an Uber, but was manageable. Other locations use keypad locks which would be much easier for us travelers.

Short Trip
Our trip was short, but very enjoyable. This property was clean, and cozy. All the beds were comfortable. The only thing that needs some work is the kitchen is not well equipped. I would suggest bringing a few of your own pans. The kitchen has one small frying pan, making it challenging to cook breakfast for 6. We loved the resort property overall. The property is also very close to several attractions.

The Bungalow was exactly as listed. It was very clean and in a fabulous neighborhood. We enjoyed walking the grounds and the saltwater pool. We highly recommend the property.

So clean and quaint!
We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this cottage. We were a little surprised how tightly packed in the other cottages were to us (not really great for sitting outside) but great location to Greg Norman’s Australian grill (super great food and cocktails) and played golf at Farmstead (sadly closing for good October 31st!) and other course nearby. We loved the cottage (bed was super comfy in master)and would highly recommend it to others as a terrific spot to stay! Thank you!

Barefoot Landing Fun
This property was perfect for our first trip to North Myrtle beach. The location was just a short car ride from Barefoot Landing and the beach. It was quiet and very private for us. We were also able to enjoy the salt water pool every day. The beds were very comfortable and the living space was perfect for our family of five. The furnishings had great a beach vibe. We would definitely rent this house again.

Great location!
This place is nice, clean, and has all the basic amenities you need. The best part though is the extremely easy access to Barefoot Landong, the grocery store, and the beach. If you don't feel like dealing with a lot of traffic (and there is a lot), then this place is ideal.

Great Place
A very nice house. The MB and bath w/ walk-in shower was very spacious. Washer & dryer was very nice. We visited the last week in May, and was unable to sit on the porch in the mid afternoon due to the hot sun. Other times, it was pleasant and peaceful to sit outside.

Family vacation
We planned a last minute trip and we had such a good time. It rained all 4 days we were there but the rain hitting that metal roof was so relaxing and we played lots of board games and did a lot of family bonding which was all we needed. Hands down beautiful home with friendly neighbors and we would love to go back!
