A beautiful place to stay!
This condo is great. Nice finishes. Really clean. Great view. Secure, nice building. The only thing I would say was not ideal is that there are no beach necessities provided - no beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, etc. Also, no shampoo, lotion, dish soap, laundry soap. Some VRBO's supply this stuff so you don't have to spend your vacation shopping for it, or buy supplies that will be hard to bring home, especially if you flew to the destination like we did. Otherwise, a truly fantastic unit.

Absolutely gorgeous beach condo!! Highly recommended!
Just returned from this fabulous vacation and couldn’t be happier with the cleanliness and absolute comfort we experienced! The beds were SOOO comfy, no backache the next morning! There is a generous soaking tub in two of the bathrooms and newly renovated rainfall showers. Huge TVs had all the streaming services, DVRs and Blue Ray players. I particularly loved the collections of books and board games! The balcony was breathtaking and we spent a lot of time in the comfy balcony furniture. My favorite feature was the remote controlled mounted fireplace…I am already shopping for one just like it for my home! The couches were fantastic with these big cozy pillows and roomy enough for everyone to have plenty of space. Very tastefully decorated and beautiful! The spectacular sunrises are sometimes hard to see in North Myrtle beach, but perfect viewing from this condo balcony. I can’t say enough about how perfect this condo was and we plan to come back here year after year! Thank you for hosting us!

Amazing Spring Break w/ Family
The condo was so beautiful, clean, and well stocked. It was perfect for our whole family. The beach was easily accessible and the pools were the best heated pools we’ve ever used. We will be back!

Great stay
We had a great stay at the condo. It was very clean it very neat. Location was excellent. The view of the water was wonderful. The only thing I can say is probably that the water pressure in the shower isn’t fantastic. It’s not awful but it’s not fantastic.

32nd Anniversary Vacation
The condo was very updated and beautiful. It was very clean. I was a little hesitant to lay across the bed with the navy blue quilting. You can see it wasn’t clean from the prior guests. I know it was Thanksgiving the week before, but the cleaning crew should have seen that could’ve been avoided if it was put in the washing machine and dryer. Other than that everything else was great.

Mini refresh vacation
The property was exactly like the photos. Beautiful .The rooms were well equipped and clean and updated. The view was amazing and the pools and hot tub were easily accessible and private from neighboring properties. Excellent communication with owners! Only suggestion is providing beach towels as if traveling beach towels are hard to fit in suitcase:) (we all loved it 7 adults and a 2 year old)

Clean & Gorgeous
The condo was gorgeous- very clean, spacious, beautiful decor, breathtaking views, close to everything, & the resort overall is very clean & well-maintained. Had trouble hooking up to wifi in the unit, & our call was answered immediately & problem resolved. We will definitely stay here again- our new favorite spot! Only negative was the water pressure in the showers, but everything else was Top Notch! Thanks so much for providing a great place for our family vacation !

Lovely place
Everything was beautiful, clean, comfy, great view, sturdy furniture. Couple of things, they don't have massages available in the building so that was disappointing, there were only 2 tubs not 3, some of the pots and pans need to be upgraded, charging stations on the bedroom nightstands didnt work, needed an extension cord to plug in my phone, the tv system was extremely complicated we eneded up just casting to the tv from our phones, you have to get out of bed to turn on/off lights/fans in bedrooms. But other than those couple of things, everything was absolutely gorgoues, would stay again.

Beautiful Condo
This is our 3rd teip to Myrtle/North Myrtle and we found the perfect place for our vacations. This condo was amazing, views of the ocean were gorgeous. The check inprocess was easy-peasy. Communications with owners were quick. We had one issue with the dishwasher and they had someone out same day. Very impressed. We will be back!

Recommendations
Lovely property… one tiny little soap pad in the bathrooms.. Usually at other accommodations, we are given little bottles of shampoo, lotion, and conditioner. They’re were none of those. wi-Fi was sketchy. Couldn’t get it in the first bedroom. there should at least be one trash bag in the kitchen.

Marge Thank you for the feedback- We have never provided shampoo and conditioner, but I will look into that. First time in 5 years we have had a complaint about wifi. I will check in with Spectrum to see if there is an issue. There should have been a trash bag in the kitchen. My apologies, I will give feedback to the cleaning team. Eric

I am always happy when reality is better then pictures. I loved everything about this condo and the Mar Vista Grand. Easy access to the beach, entertainment and food. My only issue with the property is that they need to keep a stock of paper products ( toilet paper, paper towel) and extra trash bags on site. Other then this minor hiccup, perfection

Perfect space for your beach trip
The property is exactly like the photos. The view is perfect and the beach/pool ammenties are great. We had enough room for 5 adults and 1 infant without feeling cramped. The rooms were spacious. Bring some grilling utensils if interested in using the resort grills, along with a few other cooking supplies/seasoning. We would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay with family over the holidays. It was very cold, but we were warm and cozy, the “fire place” was especially appreciated. My only suggestion would be a firmer king mattress. As someone with back issues, I ended up sleeping a part of every night on the couch. Other than that it was perfect.

A little piece of heaven
This condo was amazing. The location was great, quiet and family oriented. The condo was furnished well and I fell in love with the patio. It was super clean, one of the cleanliest places that we have stayed. We felt at comfortable and at home.

Hurricane Ian Blew By
Even though Hurricane Ian blew through, we enjoyed our stay at this condo. The owners were able to refund 50% of the room rental costs as 2 folks out of the original 4 people could not travel to N. Myrtle Beach from other states. The condo was wonderfully appointed, and the storm did not harm us at all. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We recommend this condo to others.
