Annual Family Trip to NMB... this is our favorite place in all these years
Upon booking this condo, we were extremely excited! Literally counting down the days. When we arrived, it exceeded our expectations. The place was perfect for our family (there were 4 adults, one 6 year old and a 16 year old) My father in law hates heights so being on the 2nd floor was perfect for us. We spent our week making family meals, going to the beach, enjoying the pool, playing family games and sitting on the balcony. We certainly did not want to leave. Even my 16 year old had an amazing time. I messaged Matt (owner) a few times during our stay, and he was extremely personable and responded immediately. I feel my review cannot do justice the great time we had. We already put in our request to return again next April vacation! If you are hesitant... don't be. BOOK THE TRIP!

What a great place!
Great for all ages, my 91 year old mom to my 9 year old son and a bunch in between. It may be the last time my mom gets to stay by the ocean like this and the place and N. Myrtle Beach exceeded everyone's expectations. Thanks Matt!

Comfortable and nice
My family and I really enjoyed this condo. It was very comfortable and the location was nice. It has a great view of the beach and the sunrise off the ocean looked so beautiful. The condo has a great feeling that felt like home. The kitchen, the bedrooms and bathrooms was all nice and cozy. The price and location were very convenient. Thank you for allowing my family and I to stay here.

Spring Break Girls Trip
We had the best time vacationing in this beautiful condo! The condo was easily accessible from the parking garage into the condo with no elevator needed. The ocean view was amazing and we enjoyed just hanging out and watching tv and playing card games! I absolutely LOVED the aqua decor which is what first caught my attention when reserving this place! The condo was very well equipped and had everything you would need for an enjoyable stay! The owner was also kind enough to let us know ahead of time that all the pools would be closed to be resurfaced during our stay which I very much appreciated. So if you're looking for the perfect getaway, look no further! We didn't want to leave!

Everything about our stay was great, convenient location, park on the 2nd level and walk right to the condo without taking a elevator, it was clean and comfortable and decorated very nicely, I will stay there again!!

Great Place and location
The condo had it all. A girls college rewunion and some husbands. Could walk to restaurants, Lazy river, pool and beach right there. Clean and looked like much thought put into condo but could use a welcome book with helpful hints,,,,for example 6 Villanova grads could not find the murphy bed right away. even before cocktails. Other than that, no issues and condo was great!

Wonderful Condo

Great property
We had a wonderful stay. Great location in north mrytle beach, we were able to get to many site seeing adventures with minimal drive. Property is located on the beach which is a great perk. Loved the condo being on the 2nd floor adjacent to garage entrance which helped with getting to the beach easier and not having to lug so much stuff with us each time. The entire room was well maintained and updated decor. The ocean bay club itself is a little dated, but was no hinderance on our stay personally. We had plenty of room for the 11 of us that stayed and plenty of dishes/untensils which was a plus. I highly recommend. The water pressure was low, but unable to be helped. I believe the problem is with the main property itself. I will say the king bed mattress in the master attached to the patio, is a little hard for our liking, but might be ok for others. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and made many family memories.

Beautiful Property and Location
This property is spacious, VERY clean, and had all of the amenities for a great stay for our party of 8. The location of the unit is perfect! The balcony overlooks the lazy river and the beach. You are steps from the beach. It is within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. There was security 24/7 so we felt very safe and, they ensured the rules for the pool and lazy river were being followed which made for a better experience for all! If you are looking for an “on the beach” experience, highly recommend this property!!!

We loved the Condo! Perfect walking distance to beach, pools, restaurants and shopping. Short car ride anywhere else. Clean, owner very easy to talk with and helped with all my questions. Highly recommend! We hopefully will get to return.

Relaxing vacation space
Beautifully decorated, well appointed condo. Well-insulated, quiet dwelling. Due to weather, we spent a lot of time doing inside activities. It was especially nice to have such a comfortable space for this. Highly recommend this property. The owner was easy to contact.

Beautiful property, but pool closed
The condo was well kept and updated. The pools were closed due to fence issues. This was not relayed to us. It was nice being right on the ocean, but the pools provide a different recreational activity that we planned around.

Wedding weekend
After planning a very small wedding within 2 months I decided to reserve a condo for myself, my 2 daughters, my sister and my best friend to spend some girl time together prior to the beach ceremony. I am beyond happy with the quick responses from the owner with every question I had. The condo was exactly as pictures, simply chic and absolutely lovely. I couldn’t be happier with my experience.

Wonderful Luxury Condo
This rental is wonderful! There was enough space for my two other siblings family along with myself and my family! The host were very responsive to any questions or concerns I had along with explaining certain things in detail! Not only was the condo spacious, it was also gorgeous and was equipped with most of everything we needed. The condo had a nice ocean view, and easily accessible from the parking garage! I will be renting again!

Convenient location, clean condo with plenty of space for a family vacation.
This was our second summer staying in this condo. We stayed a week with our children and their SOs (all 20-22). There was plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen is stocked well enough to cook easy meals. Having a washer and dryer is a must when coming back from the beach with sandy clothes and towels. We were pleased to have a vacuum time to keep the sand cleaned up. Buoy’s, a block away, has great food, sushi and drinks for reasonable prices. 4:00-6:00 happy hour has so,e good deals for food and drinks both. We ended up eating there repeatedly. There’s a wooden walkway that leads directly to the beach from the ground floor equipped with several hoses and showers to rinse the sand off yourself and your gear when returning from the beach. Don’t forget to bring toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent and dryer sheets. Regular towels are supplied but not beach towels. This condo is nicely decorated, clean, in a great location, has good parking and makes for a great family vacation spot.

Matt's condo is absolutely beautiful. Parking was convenient, view was great, building amenities were great. Our only suggestion (out of Matt's control) would be to provide a set of smaller lazy-river inner tubes for smaller kids (personal inner tubes are not allowed on the lazy river). Matt was very responsive, before we booked, after we reserved, and during our stay. Highly recommend!!

Great Stay!
We absolutely loved our stay at this condo. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to shops, restaurants, and bars. The beach view was amazing to wake up to every morning. We even saw a large pod of dolphins all from the comfort of the balcony. We all loved the pool, lazy river, hot tub, and beach. Our family will definitely be visiting again!

Great location, walking distance to food, bars, ice cream, and souvenirs. The condo was clean, adequate equipment for cooking, and had a beautiful view. Easy access from the parking garage to the condo and then to pool/beach area. The only negative was an encounter with the HOA office woman. Also, the lazy river is not heated and only had 3 inter tubes to use.

Our family of five had more than enough room in this fabulous find! We found this condo so perfect for us: *Comfy beds, super clean, all comforts met, great washer and dryer, steps to the beach, fun sunbathing by pools We have loved North Myrtle Beach for years- so close to the best shopping and eating . But we adored the walking distance to Main St. - Buoys for great food, sushi and music. The kids loved the kitschy beach souvenir places, ice cream…and one day we walked to Duck Donuts! (We drove other days!) And there is the neatest park with turtles and a playground just a block behind the condo. We loved our stay. Nothing was out of place. Mom even found a puzzle in a drawer to do while we were there! Loved this place.
