"Room had an amazing view of the ocean. They came in daily to clean our room and refresh the towels. Staff was always friendly and courteous. They let us use the laundry after hours. The hotel is within walking distance of a lot of restaurants, a bakery, and a super market. Overall, an incredible place to stay!"
"Clean room, clean exterior, food at the Terrace was perfect. Teppanyaki needs work; it had three sauces in front of me, but I never knew what they were or what they were for. The chefs do cook a great meal, but if you're used to a show, it's not going to happen. Suggest they train in true Teppanyaki style, like flipping shrimp, cracking eggs, etc. But even though this was disappointing, the rest was fabulous, so I don't want to let one experience bring down the great review this place deserves."
"The room was very clean. I was impressed that the sole employee was very helpful in accommodating me during my stay. I will definitely go back there again next year in March. "
"Staff was so friendly! The room was clean, could use a little more dusting on the bottom of furniture but all in all clean enough, I only say that cause my son kept throwing his legos and I kept finding mini dust but no biggie — nonetheless, the room was great for us three. They cleaned our rooms every other day, and kept leaving us water, which I really appreciated to help keep us hydrated!
We were there on business, so we rented a car and found the parking lot with ample space. We didn’t have much time to actually utilize the waterpark, but it’s in really good condition, I wish Guam PIC had a big slide. The bigger slides, lazy river and lap pool only open on weekends, I believe because when we did try to go on a Wednesday it was closed, but again for us no big deal since we were there on business.
In the evenings they had social events for the kids, when we arrived on Friday they had a foam party, which I was bummed I didn’t put my son in his bathing suit or we would’ve joined them. They really make it fun and interactive for the kids — which is wonderful!
They have tennis courts, mini putt putt and even a basketball court.
There’s even an I love Saipan gift shop on premises so no need to go very far from the property.
We had their buffet the first night we were there, pretty decent. So much to choose from. HUGE dining area. My son loved their pasta and I went back for seconds on the soft serve.
All in all, we will definitely come stay here again! Thank you PIC"
"The location is excellent. The room was very comfortable and well maintained. The lobby area is always kept clean. The staff are very friendly and informative. First time staying here; won't be the last."
"We only stayed one night at Marianas Beach Resort, but it was such a nice experience. The place has a relaxing island vibe and feels perfect for a short getaway. We hung out at Skipper’s Bar in the evening — great barbecue, live music, and a beautiful beachfront view. The staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!"
