"I stayed at this hotel from May 30 to June 1. On the night of May 31, the air conditioner started leaking water. We called the front desk staff for help, and they advised us to turn off the air conditioner and sleep with the window open. We followed their instructions.
However, not long after we went to bed, the air conditioner began to make warning beeping sounds. The staff came again and turned off the beeping, telling us that everything should be fine, then left the room. Unfortunately, after that, the warning beeps continued every 2 to 3 hours throughout the night, and the issue was never properly resolved.
The next day, we asked for an explanation, but we did not receive a clear answer. This was a very disappointing experience. For anyone considering staying here, I recommend thinking twice before booking.
That said, one positive point about this hotel is its great location."
