"The housekeeping staff was amazing. Very helpful and cheerful. Check-in went well. I was told the hotel did not have an iron which was a bit inconvenient. The renovated hotel is done nicely. Compact and functional. Loved the location although it was a bit far from the train but inexpensive taxis and ride shares are easily accessible. "

We got the Love Suite and it was more than enough space for a couple. The room had an amazing Mountain View and a private spa bath overlooking the outside views. Hotel location is fairly close to all the BeiTou attractions. Love the free shuttle service between the hotel and the nearest subway station. Will most definitely book here again!"

I appreciated the pillow menu, which allowed us to choose pillows to suit our comfort. The room itself was spacious, though the soundproofing could be improved as we could hear neighbours walking and chatting along the hallway."
