New Bagan is about 20 minutes on the bike, which is about as far as you would probably explore anyways. All the great places to eat are very near the resort as well. This is exceptionally well priced and you would pay a great deal more if closer to town for the same comfort. "Nice hotel and restaurant. Staff is really friendly and can help arrange transportation. You can rent ebikes. Breakfast is awesome! The room is pretty small but good enough. The wifi didn't really work at all but that's ok if you're not planning to be in your room very much."
