"The hotel and resort is very nice. The cottage was lovely and well equipped. Our only gripe was the lack of bedding, after re-reading the advert it does say bedding is extra i juat didnt notice it. The pool was nice but sauna was out of use for all of our stay and no access to the spa included. Breakfast buffet was very good. Site staff worked hard to clear the mounds of snow dumped overnight."

"We stayed at one of the apartments for 4 nights. The apartment is spacious and clean. It was listed as having cleaning service everyday but we got only towel change one day, a quick vacuum the second day and a bit more cleaning the third day. The beds and pillows are not comfortable. The bathroom can use a bit of renovation and deeper cleaning. The staff are nice and helpful. The location is very nice and the building has many amenities and facilities which are great for families. Overall a great option for families and a bit more cleaning and work can make it even better. "
