Fails to charge properly

I was given a paper bill for $X and then my card was charged $X plus absorbent amount. Still in the process of filing a Better Business claim.

The room was very nice and comfortable with nice amenities. The only thing that disappointed me was that I had to pay $30 for parking. That was an unexpected expense since I had paid for the room in advance. I would have been happier if there had been free parking for guests.

Parking too expensive

My initial reason for booking at the hotel was because the price was reasonable and the location was close to ORD airport. But $30 a day for parking is too expensive. Guest parking should be provided. There were no ways to park elsewhere but the hotel parking lot. Please avoid hidden fees.

close to airport, shuttle bus transport available

Pros: pretty much everything
Our plane was delayed out of Miami Friday night. I got in after midnight and it was too late for any transport bus to get me back home. I booked a room at the Renaissance and it was great! The bed was so comfortable, I fell asleep instantly. The next morning. I went to the hotel coffee shop for a nice breakfast, good coffee, great start to the day. I took the hotel shuttle back to the airport so I could catch the transport bus back home. I got home feeling refreshed and ready to enjoy being home again. :-)

It was a very clean and nice hotel. Pillows were a lil too soft Convenient to airport.

No Free Internet in 2018

Average hotel but loses points for not offering free internet in 2018. Also had issues with parking validation, had to run into the lobby every time I wanted to leave the garage as the parking system was having issues, for $30/day, the parking tickets/system should work without problems.

Great hotel, not the best location.

Pros: Great staff and rooms!
Cons: Location but obviously that cannot be changed. Not a lot of restaurants in the area but the hotel has a good bar/restaurant.
Location: Close to airport.
The rooms are very large, very clean. The staff are amazing and very friendly.
