The room was good, and everything functioned well. The location is a little further away from O'Hare and the restaurants and shopping nearby. The commuter service to O'Hare runs every 45 minutes - I would have preferred a more frequent service.

Property was nice to be an old building but furniture in the rooms could be updated. The room was not cleaned properly. The sheets had stains and the pullout bed was filthy. The staff was extremely helpful and the starbucks in the hotel was perfect. $35 for parking was a little upsetting as well. My overall experience wasn't bad but could've been better.

The room was an excellent option for two ladies traveling. I loved the separate living area and the bathroom was large and spacious. The furniture is definitely dated showing signs of disrepair and even old holes from previous tv’s mounted on the dressers. Overall, the room was comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

Place was very good, but a lot of hidden fees! Adds US$30 per person per day. I would have preferred another location. Which would have been same price. Breakfast says "available", i mistakenly assumed it was included, but really one can get an "available breakfast" anywhere in a city. Internet was extra per day 🙄.
