The property is right next-door to a homeless encampment, but they did not disturb us and we did not disturb them. I think there’s an agreement with the hotel. They stay on one side we stay on the other side. I didn’t like that you could not take your food up to your room, but they did have Waffles, eggs and pork sausages, fruit, and juice cereal every day. The staff was excellent they worked with you. I had to extend my stay and there was no issue and they provide with extra towels, but you have to ask.

The property and staff were friendly and attentive, though there were some obvious signs of wear & tear, specifically with the elevator that broke down while we were there. The parking lot is secured by a nice security guard who checks room numbers and name etc, which is a comforting touch given the homeless people living just outside the fence. Never felt threatened or worried at all though, and we'd absolutely stay there again in the future.

The staff were super rude, we left the hotel spotless and i still didnt get my security deposit back. The hot tub was broken and dirty. Theres a homeless encampment all around the building making it hard to see incoming cars when pulling out. And i had to scream at a homeless dude for getting too close to my kids when i was trying to get them in the car.

Outside the property looks very unsafe. many homeless. The hotel is super dirty. The room has broken things, hair on the carpet and the sofa. The furniture is also very dirty. Even the morning I woke up I realized how ugly everything is. I wouldn't have stayed the night if I had known all those conditions of the building.

There are a lot of homeless camps outside the property. The shower was rusty and old. The lights were dimmed. They have rooms that connect to another room and we couldn't sleep because our neighbors talked to much at night until 2 am.

If you want to stay in a hotel where the vibes are skid row, stay here. The street if filled with piles of trash and abandoned cars. The room smelled like sewer, the elevator door wouldn’t close all the way. Run is all I have to say !!

It was hard to check in I was over charged the deposit They applied the max amount I had to drive back and forth to the bank and hotel just to check in the staff was Rude I checked in at 5pm instead of 3pm. During the night I went out to get some food when I can back the security wasn’t letting me in he locked me out while letting other people in He couldn’t find my name and room number which I told him was 313 and he didn’t believe me and locked me out the hotel I had to call my wife and she grabbed my 11 month baby that was sleeping at 2am in the morning to walk down stairs and convince the front desk to let me in my own room!?!?!? I bought another night Friday to Saturday and in the morning I let the front desk know about me buying another night so she said ok fine then at 12pm she calls my room so we can talk. She said she purposely returned my refund and said that to check in I had to pay another deposit now equaling to 250 dollars just in deposit and made it super hard for me to check in I had to call support and they couldn’t do anything because the front the was being rude and disrespectful. I had to wake up my baby yet again pack my stuff and leave I felt like I was kicked out I never been mistreated in any other hotel I been wow. I have a Boxers fracture running from my pinky to my hand I didn’t need this experience I’m already in a lot of pain as it is. Definitely wish i got my money back and gone somewhere else but I’m okay I will leave it as it is

there's alot of homeless around the area. there's a bug in one of the drawers. toilet needs replacement and on our 2nd night there's a loud music in the middle of the night. on our 2nd day, night shift reservation staff were not friendly to talk to.
