The room was clean but it was in pretty sad condition. It looked like there was mold on ceiling, bug traps were set up all through out on floor, curtain was broken, deadbolt, 1/2 missing, whole in bottom of door, towel rack 1/2 broken, toilet seat not even attached, dresser broken. The room could use some maintence work. We were just glad that we only needed room for one and just for a place to sleep. I almost forgot tv was also broken we could not turn it off with power button on the tv or the remote.

Nice place for a one night stop over during our road trip

I know this sounds silly, I felt like when I was in the bathroom I could hear everything in the hallway. Hopefully, they couldn't hear everything in bathroom. Also, toilet paper holder was hard to reach

Pool smelked of chlorine but the water was very cloudy. Weight room had a terrible smell could not even go in.

I love this hotel. Stayed at the Hyatt place 2 times in the past few months. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. Rooms are clean and beds are comfy! Thank you Hyatt place flint from an Arizona traveler.
