"The apartment was lovely, and you can see that recent upgrades and improvements were completed. The kitchen and bathroom were lovely. The bedroom is set at the back of the apartment which means it's quiet despite being in such a central location. There is a strong mildew odor in caused by an old leak behind the front door. I mentioned this to the property manager and he said the owners were aware of it, but nothing was done to remediate or at least ventilate the space while we were there. ...
