Sea Level Cottage, A11 at North Coast Village.

What a great location for beach lovers of all ages. Sea Level Cottage, a gorgeous single-level 2-bedroom condo has amazing beach access. You also have an ocean view from your patio and lawn area. Comfortably furnished with a queen-size sofa bed, two chairs, and a recliner, the living area features a cozy fireplace and wood-look floors. It is also equipped with a Samsung Smart tv. Enjoy the state of the art kitchen with granite counter tops and a travertine stone floor. The bedrooms both have new super-comfy pillow-top beds.

Sea Level Cottage has just been refurnished by the new owners, so bring your surf boards and boogie boards and enjoy the beautiful beach decor! The A Building has its own heated pool and spa, barbecues, laundry, and table tennis. Of course you also have access to all the other amenities of North Coast Village as well. The landscaping surrounding the A Building has just been re-done, and it is gorgeous!

There are stairs leading to the "front door" of this property, but the sliding glass door in the living room leads out onto a ground-level patio that is accessible from the sidewalk on Breakwater Way, so no stairs are required to enter the property from that location.

Make My Vacation also provides all linens and towels, beach chairs and beach towels. The Living Room TV is provided for your entertainment, as well as free wireless Internet.

Sea Level Cottage is located at North Coast Village, an oceanfront complex between the Oceanside Pier and the Harbor. You'll have access to amenities such as billiards, foosball, table tennis, a fitness center with sauna, and a barbecue area overlooking the pool. You will find reserved garage parking, cable television, a recreation center, clubhouse with kitchen, massive stone fireplace and cedar walls, as well as laundry facilities. Enjoy the beautiful waterfalls, streams, lagoon-style year-round heated pool and spa, putting green, exercise rooms, saunas, and recreation rooms.

Parties or events are not allowed at this property.

The Mainstreet Oceanside Farmer's Market is a delightful experience near the Pier which takes place every Thursday from 9-1, and and the Sunset Market Thursday evenings from 5-9.

The complex consists of nine four-story buildings surrounded by two-story cottages, on several acres of lushly landscaped tropical grounds. Enjoy a romantic walk on one of the most beautiful stretches of beach in Southern California.

Experience spectacular sunsets and enjoy a relaxing dinner along the picturesque adjacent harbor which features several excellent restaurants, great live music, and fun and unique shopping. There are also kayak, boat, and paddle boat rentals, and fishing or whale watching excursions.

The location was awesome and the place had everything we needed. The security staff was very nice and friendly. Beautiful condo complex and well maintained! The ocean is just a walk away which is where my kids, husband and I spent most of our time. We would rent this place again!

This condo was clean and up to date. The location to the beach was perfect. It had everything we needed. The only improvement could be an upgrade in the sheets as they were scratchy.

Close to the beach!

This was a nice place to stay. It was close to the beach and shopping. I didn't give it 5 stars because the cleaners could have done a better job. There was also a lot of street noise. Although it was only 100 steps from the ocean, there was no ocean view from the condo.

Beach close!

I loved stepping out the door to see the ocean each day- energizing! Interior of family room has been updated since photos. Kitchen was up-to-date. Quiet complex. This is a lower unit for those who care to know. We enjoyed the pool and frequent beach walks. Stayed at this unit because we were displaced from our home during flood renovation. Property management team did a great job. (Thanks, Randy!)

Overall Good

We enjoyed our stay. I particularly loved sitting on the patio in the mornings, hearing the ocean waves and sipping my coffee. It was so nice to be able to see the beach from the patio. However the interior was different from the pictures posted online. It wasnt bad, just different than expected. It was also much more crowded than we anticipated, and the HOA was not very helpful, and rather rude during check-in. Thankfully, we found a patrol man who showed us exactly where to go and he was very kind and helpful. The condo was very clean and the owners were extremely helpful amd prompt when we had questions. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.

Loved the beach

The pictures on this site don't do justice to how great the beach is. We were worried that the beach was rocky, based on the pictures, but it isn't. It is a really nice beach and access to it is great. The condo is nice and spacious. It was clean and had the tools and accessories we needed. It could use a little bit of maintenance. Stains on the carpet, scratches and water rings on the furniture. We even had a towel rack fall of the wall just by touching it. Otherwise, a fantastic place to stay and we would definitely return to stay there again.

Disappointing

The rental is old. The complex is poorly marked and like a maze, making it difficult to find anything. There were ants in the bed and shower. The air mattress deflated during the night. Overall, not a very comfortable place to stay.

There are a few things that need to be fixed but we have already reported them to the representative that contacted us on arrival. Specifically all of the blinds in the unit are old and in need of replacement. Many of the slats are gone or continuously falling off. The remote control for the TV in the living area needs to be replaced - the back was missing and the batteries were falling out. The representative offered to have these items fixed during our stay but we were able to maneuver around the problems. Otherwise the unit is great!

Annual getaway

We’ve stayed in this particular condo for many years now. The Inside of the condo is great and the location is hard to beat . One of the things we love about this condo is that you can access the street to the beach from the sliding door and lock it on your way out without having to go inside the complex. The decorations are cute. There’s a TV in both bedrooms and the beds are comfortable. On a few occasions, we’ve had to contact the property management at Make My Vacation and they are super responsive and accommodating as well. We love this condo♥️♥️

The condo was comfortable for the 4 of us. Decor and furniture were lovely ad clean. The kitchen was updated and nice.The little beach wagon chairs and umbrella were perfect. It was a very short walk to the beach. The complex has 2 pools, which we enjoyed. The mini golf putting greens were used. The grounds are nicely kept. It felt like we were in Hawaii. a great stay!
