"Highly recommended if you’re looking for an upbeat, contemporary luxury hotel. Kind of like a W hotel. Tge lobby is the star here. It’s a wonderful location. You can walk the most things. The exterior looks very modern bland, almost like an office building, but step inside and it’s a wonderful world. We had one of the better rooms with the terrace so I can’t comment on the other rooms, but ours was nice. Bed was excellent."

"It was fine for us. The room was OK. It was clean and had everything we needed for a 2 night stay. Location was ok for us we did not mind the walk to downtown Copenhaguen."

"A great location for getting around the city. The hotel was clean and tidy throughout. We didn't eat at the hotel at all, although we did stop for a drink in the bar one evening; so we can't comment on the food. However the staff serving in the bar/restaurant were attentive and polite. Reception staff were very helpful at check-in, also helping when we asked for supplies of tea and coffee for the room. They arranged a taxi for us at check-out and ensured we had everything we needed for our stay. The room was small but comfortable and spotlessly clean. Our only (small) issue was storage, we stayed for 5 nights and there was limited space for clothes. A couple more drawers and coat hangers would be good. The tiny shelf next to each side of the bed is barely big enough for a 'phone, so a small set of drawers there would have been ideal. Similarly the bathroom could have used a shelf and a few more hooks. But these were minor inconveniences and wouldn't be a problem if staying just for a weekend. Overall it is a great place to stay and we'd definitely choose it again next time we visit Copenhagen."
