"The hotel was clean and the rooms were good. The staff were very good and helpful. Breakfast as also good. The location is tough to reach by car. The valet parking was good but there is not really a good place to stop in front of hotel. Our air conditioning went out on day two. They gave us another room which also the air conditioning did not work on room 3 we got one that did. The location is not great there are not many restaurants near by and you will need to take a taxi or drive with..."

"I was happy with my stay. The hotel is in a very central location, most of the hotels they list here are far away from city center which is not Konak but actually Alsancak. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. Staff were smiling and helpful. I recommend this hotel."
